Beautiful and great friendly service

Ordered a pack of extensions they came a lot brighter than I thought they would be and with enough hair to do a side panel of my head. I ordered another 2 packs (more expense) and went and got my hair lightened to match the extensions (€200).They send the other 2 packs completely a different colour to the first lot. 10 days out front Xmas had to keep my appointment to get them put in and redarken my hair !! Another €80 and the price of the 2 extra packs brcause theres nothing in one pack !! Il be sticking with beauty works from now on. Customer service shocking also !! Offered me a discount (didn't say what % discount either) off my next order there will never be a next order !!! Do not order your extensions here

Brilliant strand quality

Hair doesn’t stick even with the extra tape sent weft hair, nice quality but £400 later not impressed. Been installing my own hair for years never had an issue with other brands.

Not the best.. very heavy and once opened and looked at it you can’t return. I cut mine down to wear because of the weight of it. Wouldn’t recommend.

A very friendly customer service looks at some photos of your natural hair and gave me a couple of colour options to choose from plus advise on how to care for the piece . Having been a loyal purchaser I had to wait extremely long for delivery as you ran out of stock for 4 items I purchased but didn't notify me and until you checked and confirmed no stock left though still available to buy at black friday price on website you refunded and sent remainder out to me. I have not looked since but I am guessing the powder I purchased 4 of at £2 each have all been restocked at £15 now?
that my rant over order was 28th November. only received the 3 items left on 13th December. No apology or any good will gesture for delay or refund of items honoured at price they was purchased at

Great company ..quality hair and products. I had bought wrong colour of hair extensions itips and they were so helpful in exchanging for different shade . Have bought from them for years. Highly recommend hair oil and leave in conditioner spray too .

The product quality is always excellent and delivery is on time. Unfortunately, I think the shipping costs to Italy are too high.

I have very thin hair and the extension would need to wrap around my current ponytail to be able to work and as it is with Velcro it cannot do this as there is not enough hair.
Also the Velcro gets my hair caught in it and the extension hair. There was no mention of the Velcro on the website when buying it.

Unfortunately cannot use it at all and cannot return it as I have opened it. The colour match is good though
