Bought in the sale so i got two buns and a rose gold hair mask at a great price, the buns feel good quality but the colours are a bit darker than the pictures show, the mask smells lovely and leaves the hair feeling really soft and easier to comb through.

Items are great but delivery is very expensive and very slow!
Also the outer packaging used is very flimsy.

Easilocks have been terrible in dealing with an order that was not delivered & i am out of pocket.

Great product i literally cant be without it !!!

I received the shortest extensions. Shorter than my hair and was much lighter than the photo on website.. also on the extensions at back of clips and hair is some buttons which I have no idea what they are for ?

Not used them yet because I still have extensions in but the quality is really good and I can’t wait to get them in my hair

Great company to buy from

I bought off this company for the first time for Black Friday offers. IMO a company really shows its colors when there is an issue or needs to be contacted.
I had an issue with one of my items, contacted the company and within days they had responded and went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted without hesitation.
The products are great and I will now be a repeat customer for sure.
Great service is always appreciated and that’s what got with Easilocks.

My colour match is perfect. The hair does tangle but so does my own in windy weather. My main concern is. That the one time I wore it. It pulled that heavily on my scalp that I had to massive lumps on my head for several weeks after and was very sore and painful. I've not wore it since . I'm going to try again and hope that the same thing doesn't happen again. Otherwise unfortunately it'll be going in the bin. Which I'm pretty sad about as it does look really nice

I ordered a headband wig and a ponytail from Easilocks and was unsure between two colours, so I used their colour matching service for guidance. They simply recommended the same two colours I was already undecided about, which wasn’t very helpful, but I trusted their advice and went with the darker shade.

When the items arrived, the colour was completely wrong for me. The packaging is a dull, greyish transparent bag that makes it impossible to properly assess the colour without removing the product. I took it out of the plastic sleeve to look at it more clearly, but the wig remained inside the protective net and was never worn or used.

Only after opening it did I notice a label stating that if you open the bag, the item cannot be returned. So, despite the fact that the colour match was incorrect and I’ve basically just inspected the item (not used it), I’m now stuck with something I can’t wear and can’t return.

The combination of unhelpful colour matching, packaging that prevents you from seeing the product properly, and a strict no-returns policy the moment you open the bag, makes this a very frustrating experience. I’ve essentially paid full price for a product I can’t use, simply because I had to physically see it to confirm whether it was the right colour.

Very disappointed and unlikely to purchase from Easilocks again.

Thanks for your response.

I understand the colour matching service is a guideline, but in my case it didn’t help – I sent photos because I was undecided between two shades and your advice simply repeated the same two options, leaving me with no clearer direction.

You also mentioned a colour swatch on the packaging. mine arrived in dull, semi-opaque packaging where the shade wasn’t visible. I didn’t see a swatch externally, and in order to check the colour I had to remove the item from the sleeve (still in its net, unused). The fact that the product can’t be visually assessed without opening it, and opening it voids any return, is extremely frustrating.

I trusted your guidance and now have an unused product in the wrong shade with no option to return. Better packaging visibility and clearer recommendations would have avoided this situation.
