Boxes were in terrible shape (falling apart) when received. UPS gave the option to allow return of the damaged boxes without internal inspection. I don't have time to reship and wait for an order that should be useable when I receive it. I blame poor packaging from the supplier (in China) more than I blame UPS. Poor packaging has been an issue on countless items I have ordered this year. I had to do extensive repairs on a parts washer (another company) because I didn't have time to ship it back. Eastwood should be back charging the supplier for poor packaging.

Eastwood should also drop their prices 25% for damaged parts.

Lower flanges on two of the feet were bent upwards. Unable to install drain bucket because one flange and base web was smashed in. Paint was scuffed and scratched on table top. Loose bolts in the box with the table top. The only thing NOT damaged was the drawer assy. Once repairs were performed the bench was assembled okay.

I am afraid to order anything else because it more than likely will be damaged or parts will missing.
Eastwood! It's time to step up your game.

I bought a bucket dolly last month from Eastwood and love it. Now when washing my vehicles, the bucket of soap can follow me around the car without having yo pick it up.

I would like to get epoxy primer in gray - green , I was using DuPont Dp 40LF , I did purchase Eastwood epoxy primer in grey , but it’s not exactly what I want , I like the different colors in between to know where I am at epoxy being gray - green , urethane primer
in a yellow , sealer in grey ,

I was having trouble finding the Matte clear from pro 15 in any of my local shops. Eastwood had it and shipped out the same day as the order. Perfect.

We are working on the underbody cleaning up some rust. I like the rust encapsulater to help reduce additional corrosion. How have not been able to order the colors I want.

I love Eastwood products, they are excellent, and the discussions they provide on their site help immensely.

However, I decided to read a couple of the negative reviews. I have not ordered backlogged items, so I cannot write to that, but was quite surprised Eastwood charged for the product up front. I buy much online and have not come across that practice before. I also so a review from a guy who was charged up front, then his order was held up because they forgot to charge tax. That was Eastwood's fault and they should have eaten the tax. I will be sure to not purchase any backlogged item.

I had a problem with the High Temp Manifold Paint. It was flaking after application to the exhaust manifold.
The Eastwood Customer service folks were quick to remedy the situation with either replacement paint or a refund.
It would have been even better to learn why this happened as Eastwood is my go to for paint supplies.

Ordered good 10 months ago and they took my money The said out of stock. Now the goods came into stock and they won't ship because the say they forgot to collect sales tax. I asked for a refund of my original money and they said that was a problem. Shady customer service. If you want something from them buy through Amazon. At least you get good customer service.

Previously ordered two can of clearcoat to try it out. loved it and looks great! I ordered six more cans last week and it's on backorder. They have already charged my credit card. Most companies don't charge until order is shipped. Have not received any update on when my order is expected to be shipped.

Bought items with free freight only to be lied to. Called early to cancel, she said I couldn't only to find out at end of day I could have. So it will be refused shipment an they can pay freight 2 directions.

When Back logged you get charged and it takes 6 weeks for delivery.If you get your product at all... Had to call the company on the last order..Back Ordered and never got sent out.. I had to Cancel thet Order.. Got No Conformation Email or shipping info. on my Current order...

I just started restoring antique electric fans. It was recommended by other collectors and restorers that I coat the polished brass blades and the re-finished bodies with Eastwood Diamond Clear Gloss Aerosol. I was not able to find it locally, so I ordered it on the Eastwood website. Unfortunately, the order is on backlog for another 6 weeks. I was also asked to pay for it then. Other companies charge when the orders ship.
