I booked and paid for a transfer to Geneva which DID NOT TURN UP! I was left stranded. There’s no phone number, customer services do not respond, I have been raising complaint tickets for over a month now and had no response.
They have however taken my money 😡

Unreliable

Let's just say, I should have checked their reviews before booking. I had a return ticket from Chamonix to Geneva, on the way out there was no problem, on the way back... they simply did not show up!

No attempt was made to contact me, and there was no way to contact them apart from an online form, which they have not responded to for seven days now. I had to pay €102 to bail myself out and pay for another airport transfer so I did not miss my flight. AVOID!

DON'T RISK IT! We were there on time - they just didn't bother to send a bus, and didn't tell us they weren't going to come and do it, either. THERE ISN'T A PHONE NUMBER - so they may choose to call you, but you can't contact them. They haven't replied to us, they haven't sent a refund or even acknowledged any of our messages. The next available bus only just got us to the airport on time, so we've thrown 50 euros away and had a pretty stressful final day of our trip.
At the bus stop we were talking to other people who said they 'don't risk Easybus these days.' Swiss, Alpy, and Mountain Dropoffs were all operating bang-on time, so it wasn't the weather that was a problem.

Undgå for alt i verden at booke med EasyBus!
Book et andet sted - det her er spild af penge!

Bussen fra Geneve til Chamonix, kom aldrig.
Jeg kan kun tro, det var fordi vi ( 2x1 person ) var de eneste der havde købt billet.

Der kom ingen bus, der var ingen hjælp at hente i kundeservice, ingen information om de forsinket/aflyste busser.

Vi landede i lufthavnen. Vi ankom til opsamlingsstedet 60 minutter før afgang (anbefaling siger 15min før).
Og vi ventede... og vi ventede... vores bookede med afgang kl. 21.30 dukkede aldrig op. 22.30 forsøgt vi at kontakte Easybus – uden held.

Det ekstremt utilfredsstilling at står i lufthavnen sent om aften og blive brændt af. Vi havde ingen muligheder for at kontakte dem, finde et andet rentabel transport middel. Det endte med at vi måtte tage en taxi for at komme frem.
Taxi chaufføren kunne fortælle at dette desværre var sket flere gange med Easybus, hvis der ikke var tilstrækkelig passager. Meget dårlig stil hvis det er tilfældet.

Jeg har en forventning om at blive holdt udgiftsfri og at Easybus refunder min billet samt en form for kompensation for de ekstra udgifter jeg har haft til taxi (taxi udgifter 350euro). Måske jeg drømmer??

Pagué billete y no pasó ningún autobús

Reservé y pagué un billete de EasyBus para ir desde Ginebra a Chamonix por 26€. La hora de quedada era a las 08:30 y llegué a las 08:15. Estuve esperando hasta las 09:00 y no hubo nadie. Finalmente tuve que comprar el billete del siguiente que pasaba de otra empresa para poder viajar a Chamonix.
Estoy en proceso de reclamación, pero no hay forma de contactar con ellos. Un desastre y muy poco profesionales.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever. No chance to change your departure date one day forward due to flight date change. I would rather choose National Express now than book with them. Well deserved 1 star!

Avoid very badly organised

Would give less than one star if I could. The ticket I purchased online says you are guaranteed a seat on the bus at the time selected 'just arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes prior to departure'. We arrived at the stop 30 minutes before and joined the massive queue. No space on the bus we had booked told by staff it's "first come first served" even though I pointed out the time on my ticket. No way to get a refund so we could take the train told to ring customer services and I should find the number online myself. Stood outside in the cold for the next bus afraid to leave the queue incase we don't get on it either. Wish I had read the rest of the reviews here before booking with easybus.

Never got a refund!

I was contacted from Easy Bus to inform me that I would receive a refund for my return bus journey to airport.

This was last year May, I chased multiple times and tried different ways to try and contact them for a refund but I had no luck.

I just remembered and thought I would add to the rest of the negative feedback. Thanks for telling me that you would issue the refund.. and not!

Absolutely DONT USE THIS COMPANY

One star is evening too much! I can’t give zero for this company!!!How you can treat customer like that! No bus! No email! Totally ignore! I’m on the way on airport with Uber because bus doesn’t show ap on Victoria Station at all!!! Absolutely don’t recommend this company!!!!! I’m really mad with them, also I don’t let it go like that for sure...

It's ridiculous

It's ridiculous. I've missed my bus TWICE, as on the first occasion, I was following the guidelines of getting to the bus stop. Went to the place marked by them on the map, which finally I found was incorrect. Second time I've missed my bus, as it wasn't tagged as they promised. There is no possibility to contact them even in emergency: Just go to FAQ, if the answer is not there then you have a problem. Their prices may by encouraging, but it's not worth it at all. Better pay a few pounds more and get the train.

do not use

living in London tier 4, we were forced to cancel our airport transfer made thru these scammers.
when we went online to cancel, our booking was registered as "completed" although we never took a bus to the airport and London being in tier 4, probably the bus didn't even run to the airport.
so we coudn't claim any refund.
we tried to contact customer service but no reply, just an online form without any reference number or proof that you ever contacted them!

also, even you decide to cancel, the cancellation fee is 50%!! and it's no actual refund just a credit note for future trips.

Do not use this cowboy operation!

I had the misfortune of booking with EasyBus a couple of years ago whilst in London for the day visiting friends who were there on holiday. When we arrived at Gatwick, our booked bus never turned up, when one finally did turn up we were denied boarding as we weren't booked on that one. We ended up having to book a taxi so we could get into the city.

On the way back the same thing happened, the bus just didn't show up. We ended up having to take another taxi which thankfully this time we shared with others to help spread the cost.

We tried contacting EasyBus several times but never heard back. We ended up filing a chargeback with our bank, they didn't even respond to that which meant we were eventually refunded by the bank.

I'll never book with EasyBus again

Stay away

if you have ticket does not mean that you will be on the bus. There was no bus! And from the companies does not give any answer way, no refund also..so far.
Stay away from easybus

Never received my refund for COVID 19

I haven't received my refund for 2 journeys, cancelled due to COVID 19. It's been 5 months now and nothing.
Shame on you EasyBus!! I had good opinion about this company but not anymore.

Réservée 1 navette pour rentrer de…

Réservée 1 navette pour rentrer de Toulouse jeudi 6 Août 2020, La navette n'est jamais passée.
Payée 24,99€.
J'ai dû prendre 1 taxi qui m'a coûté très cher par rapport à la réservation enregistrée et réglée à Easybus.
Honteux.....

no refund for COVID cancelled flight and ignorance

As some other people I must say that despite their own email stating they would refund tickets cancelled due to COVID they have failed to to so. Moreover they totally ignored my requests both by the request form and email. My bus was London to Stanstead and while I see they still operate on other routes this specific one is not on the list now. They should pay a fee for ignoring consumer rights when people report them to regulator and Ombudsman. It is a pity because I was a regular customer before and could not complain then,

Easybus! Where is my refund?

I had airport transfer tickets booked with easybus. On 11th April 2020 I received email informing me that my ticket were canceled due to covid19 situation and that refund will be credited to my bank card used for booking. Refund never came, no response to my emails. I feel robbed ;(
