SCAM Easybus.com is a scam SCAM
I made 6 bookings with easybus.com March April, May ,June, July for 2 passengers they cancelled all the bookings and say refund in 30 days it's more than 30 days on most off the bookings no credit or refund received they dont answer emails or tickets requested refund payment or what's going on with refunds or credits .
They are unprofessional and SCAMMERS dont trust them .
They don't got any direct contact telephone number in a first word country and a company dont got a contract nr that is dodgy.
More reason for an believe they SCAM COSTOMERS OUT OF THEY HARD WORKING MONEY AND THEY ARE A SISTERS COMPANY OFF EASYJET WHO PROMOTE THEM ON THEIR BOOKING SITE.

I have booked a ride to the airport with this company, then it was cancelled on 29th March and they promised a full refund which I have never received. I have emailed them many times using their website, attaching booking number and all the information, they don't even respond. Hugely disappointing.

Update: Finally got a refund after many emails (it's mid July).

The worst company ever!!! Totally unprofessional and scammers!!! I’ve booked a ticket for 31 March 2020 from Victoria Coach Station to Luton Airport. Been there 30 minutes early and waited for another 30 minutes after the departure time just to find out that the bus is never going to come. They have NO PHONE NUMBER on their website so I could not reach them for information. I’ve called Greenline instead to explain the situation and after calling for over ONE MINUTE AND A HALF, a sleepy guy mumbling answers. He basically told me that there are no coaches available that day and I should get a taxi to the airport. It is clear to me that this was a BIG SCAM and they SOLD ME FAKE TICKETS leaving me in a different city, cold weather, no support offered and -70 pounds in my account!!!! I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this company full of unprofessional staff. Conclusion: scammers, don’t even deserve 1 star. I would like to know how to take my complain a step further, legally or something

Despite all flights being cancelled, Easybus continues to sell tickets. Very unethical, especially as they won't refund on nonexistent coaches.

I really want to thank the excellent driver who drove us from Chamonix to Geneva Airport, very friendly and funny and he put fabulous music. The bus was on time and the journey very nice.

Booked bus for 08.27.
I was at the cash point across the road at 08:22 when bus turned up. The driver looked at me, (the only person with a suitcase) I waved and he took his hazards off and drove off.

Bought a ticket to go from Victoria to Gatwick airport 10am 9th May 2020. The bus never appeared. Someone eventually told us that it was cancelled ... the driver apparently 'left his digicard at home'.

We waited for the 10.30am bus... at 10.30am the same guy appeared and told us that that bus wasn't coming either.

My partner and I were forced to get an uber all the way or else miss our flight.

After our holiday Easybusy refused all responsibility and refused to repay out tickets, never mind the cost ofd the uber.

This is bad service in a league of its own and nobody should be paying money to a company like this. I will never use Easybus again I recommend that you don't either.

I used EasyBus service this morning from Park Royal to Gatwick. The bus was on time to pick up. The driver was helpful with my bags. No concerns during the journey. Will definitely use this service again and would recommend to others

Will be using again. Found drivers each way friendly and no probs getting on early. The only hard part was deciding what time to book.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Incredibly rude and nasty driver. Easybus doesn't care at all and don't get back to me although I have been waiting for more than 10 days now.

Don't ever book them. Buses are too late or don't appear at all. Drivers don't let you in, don't care about customer at all and rather deny access to the bus rather than trying to resolve the situation. Have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful thing in my life.

Contraté el servicio desde Londres al aeropuerto de Stansted y el autobús nunca llegó a aparecer. El personal de Airport bus Express que lo opera me dijo que estaba habiendo cancelaciones y que los siguientes autobuses podrían cancelarse también o venir llenos. Ante esta tesitura me vi obligado a buscarme de urgencia un autobús alternativo con otra compañía (National Express) para poder llegar a tiempo a mi vuelo, mucho más caro de lo que había pagado con Easybus.
Tras reclamar a Easybus me dicen que su autobús estaba allí a la hora indicada según su GPS y que no me pueden reembolsar el billete. Una estafa, y suerte que no tengan sucursal cerca para presentarme en persona y montarles un pollo.
En definitiva, si quieres un viaje tranquilo y sin sobresaltos, BUSCAD UN MEDIO DE TRANSPORTE ALTERNATIVO Y NO CONTRATÉIS EASYBUS, os pueden dejar tirados como me lo han hecho a mi.

EasyBus to tylko pośrednik, którego nie interesuje czy przewoźnik jest oszustem czy nie. Sprzedają ich bilety, a później nie ma się z kim nawet skontaktować (brak infolinii) w przypadku oszustw przewoźnika, ani nie ma jak ubiegać się o zwrot pieniędzy. My zostaliśmy oszukani przez Airport Bus Express za pośrednictwem EasyBus. Lepiej kupić bilet bezpośrednio u sprawdzonego przewoźnika z dobrymi opiniami niż polegać na EasyBus.

Booked a bus that never showed up, constantly trying to get in touch with customer services but they always come up with a different excuse to avoid giving you your money back.

Worse company ever, if not a scam! I have waited for a bus that never turned up, alone in the dark while I was surrounded by fishy men, the bus never came as it pretended to be.

This company is scandalous, do not put yourself in danger, their tickets are a pure scam

Worst service ever!!!!one month ago I lost the flight because Easybus (the bus from victoria to stansted made 3 hours instead one hour and the driver didn’t let us to get off to have other possibility to reach to the airport!! I spend 400 £ because Easybus!!
Now,second time travelling with them,same problem!!!! I booked from golders green to stansted to make sure the bus arriving normaly.supposed to arrive in golders green at 2:18 pm ,but the bus late 35 minutes!how is possible like that??!!!and the driver very calm,without to care about something and very slow in decisions...YOU DON’T DESERVE TO HAVE LICENSE FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT!!!!!

Lo usé para ir a Londres desde y hasta Gatwick. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, a no ser que te guste vivir peligrosamente. En el viaje de ida el chófer era un chaval del Este educado y voluntarioso, pero debido a obras y accidentes llegamos con media hora de retraso.
En el de vuelta, el chófer llegó veinte minutos tarde, pero ni saludó, ni se disculpó ni dio ningún tipo de explicaciones. Esos veinte minutos, cuando has calculado el tiempo con holgura, pero ves que la holgura se la va comiendo el reloj (y más si hace un otoñal día londinense de perros), se hacen eternos.

Nach dem Lesen der Bewertungen für easybus war ich doch einigermaßen verunsichert bei meiner Ankunft in Mailand Bergamo. Dies hat sich aber sofort in Begeisterung umgeschlagen.

Der Bus war ein absolut komfortabler Reisebus mit Klimaanlage für jeden Sitzplatz. Fahrt dauerte ca. 1 Stunde. Auch war es möglich einen Bus früher zu fahren, ohne Probleme.
Gespart wurde 1 EUR, direkt am Flughafen kostet der Transfer 7 EUR.

Don't try and speak to customer service - they're not at all helpful! I had to modify a booking so cancelled it as per their policy, but my credit would not be applied to my new booking like they claim it is. Every email I sent got a generic reply that didn't read what I said. Each email also told me to reply to their email rather than creating a new ticket, yet emails to their address just bounce back.

Also beware that their calendar shows Sunday as the start of the week, not Monday, so take extra care when choosing the date.
