Bought a courier van only to find out a year later when I want to sell it that it has finance still owing on it . Rang twice and told me it’s an over sight . Still not removed it ! The car warehouse in Halifax .

It was a year ago now but i never got round to writing this. I believe they are called Car play 247 now!

I bought a Navara from them that wasn’t’t fit for the road. Broken coil springs, faulty and sticking front brakes, worn and pitted discs, pads worn to 95%, faulty air con and it needed a service! The Mot had passed a month before I bought it and it passed with no issues at a garage round the corner from them, the problems listed above were definitely still part of the vehicle when the MOT happened!! This garage is a complete scam!

Their customer service is appalling and the company that runs their complaints for them are equally as bad! After calling them to find out what was going on I received a rather abusive response from the person on the other end of the phone and then he hung up! He then preceded to take my number from their work system and call me from his mobile (not withheld) and hung up! This happened a few times before i phoned his mobile from a different number and guess who answered - the employee that had been abusive to me before!

This lot should be in the jail - they shouldn’t be allowed to sell cars!

Don’t buy from them or carplay 247 - it will cost you a fortune! My bill sits at 3K so far and I’m sure that will rise!! I tried to return the car but the refund was at their discretion once they’d received it back! I kept it because I’m pretty sure they would have refunded the bare minimum if anything at all!!

I bought a Ford Ranger from this company.
They genuinely take broken cars, give them a wash and say they’re road ready.

Absolutely awful and dangerous place to buy from. I’ve had nothing but issues and problems with the Ranger since the day I got it. It’s spent more time in the garage than on the road.
I’m now looking at having to replace the engine because of pure neglect from them.
Easy car credit/Car play 24/7. However you go about changing name, owner or office. I’ll make sure that people are aware of the negligence you provide.

The Ranger cost me £11k
I’ve since spent over £10k on the repairs alone. If I wasn’t tied into finance with this vehicle I would have got rid of it a long time ago.

I bought a Kia from that company and they tricked me. They told me that I needed a new clutch and that they would put a new one in and I didn't have to pay anything. After 1 month I started having problems with the car and I went to the mechanic where they told me that the The clutch needed to be changed and the car started making a noise where I had to change the brake pads and discs, and they said that the brake caliper was touching the discs and it was dangerous to drive the car like that.

I've had my car over 2 years had a battery issue the morning after I purchased the car I rang rac they started the car by the time I got from Huddersfield to halifax they had booked it in for a new battery all done and sorted in the hour I must just be lucky as the car I bought is brilliant it's gone straight through mots

My car broke after 1 month!
They promised 6 months warranty & service but it’s FAKE
No answer to my calls and messages ! AVOID !! how to report this scammers ?

Bought a car 8 months ago, paid 13k cash on the promise and assurance that a couple of items would be resolved before we collected. These items were not carried out! They deleted a major filter problem from the diagnostic reading and told us it had been Done!! It wasn’t!! And until the car broke down and we took it to a honest reliable local garage that we use, we were told the true problem. This has cost us 2k to rectify! Also a window issue that again they said they had fixed (we took the car back so they could ‘fix’ this) has now also broken like it did before, so again they have botched the repair knowing full well it would break again.
We reported the company as they are signing off MOTs and these are not being done! Terrible terrible outfit. It seems from other reviews that they get cars in, clean them up, falsify mot certs and service docs, then stick the car on the forecourt ! Make no wonder they were eager for us to get the warranty ! Which unfortunately ran out before all this happened but then they can wipe there hands of this vehicle totally ☹️

PLEASE FOLKS DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS! They are an absolute shambles!!!!

BOUGHT A BMW X6 THEY MAPPED OUT A DPF ISSUE SO I COULDN'T TELL THIS COST ME £2000 TO FIX, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIXED A WINDOW ISSUE BY ORDERING A NEW WINDOW REGULATOR THEY DIDNT, LIES AFTER LIES

Buying off Easy Care Credit is not fun. They basically acquire vehicles, polish them up and sell them with the promise of a 14 day return and warranty which is not overly easy to use. I don't think they check what they sell mechanically, in my case if they had they would have known within a few meters of driving that it wasn't road worthy. They then wriggle wasting time hoping you wont ask for a full refund. If you do then they ask you to sign a GAGGING ORDER to stop you from posting such problems on social media!! all though i got a refund the process took about 2 months from start to finish. There communication was sporadic, they failed to see how wasting so much of buyers time is frustrating. Avoid.

They sold me a car which was not roadworthy, 2 weeks after purchase brakes have failed, driving the car home noticed that neither headlights were working - upon inspection realised they had actually not provided any bulbs in the car at all…
Full of lies, stating car would have full service history (it did not) and that car would have full mot (mot runs out in 5 months).
Terrible customer service, as soon as you buy a car from them they will not help you with any issues, they are argumentative and deceitful.
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!
Upon finding all this out, i decided to do a hpi check which showed unpaid finance / outstanding finance in the form of a stock finance which i had to call and ask them to pay off - still no evidence this has been done.
If you pay £9000+ for a vehicle, it should be roadworthy- they sold me a DEATHTRAP!

SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before agreeing to purchase.

They sell unroadworthy vehicles and will wipe their hands of you once it's left the forecourt. You have to jump through hoops to get something as simple as a response, never mind get a dangerous car fixed. Seems they employ anyone with no interest or little customer service experience as they couldn't care less how much it effects you. Whilst they're conning you out of money and ruining your lives, the employees are running around in brand new range rovers.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Our experience with easy car credit was terrible from start to finish. It caused weeks of stress and worry. Do not trust this dealer with anything.
We were booked in to see a car at a set time and they knew that if everything was as they said it was that we would be taking the car on the day.
When we got there, the car was on a different site so we had to follow them about 10 minutes down the road to a different site in the freezing cold to see the car. The car looked good but it had been sitting for a long time so he said that he would bring it to us to test drive from the other site and put a new battery on it. You would think they would have had the car ready for us since they knew we were coming...
We then went back to their office where we sat around in a freezing cold office (with my 90-year-old grandfather who is unwell) for hours. We didn't really know what was happening and we were just left in there. Eventually a guy came in to take our money. Once they had taken our money they then disappeared off again for another couple of hours.
Eventually somebody came in (after my grandfather went and spoke to them) and told us that the car was there and that they were going to MOT it and service it for us and it would be ready in half an hour. By this point it was already dark outside and grandpa really needed to get home. Had not prepared for hours of sitting in the cold. You would think with the money they make that they could at least heat an area for their customers...
They then came back in about 45 minutes or so and told us that the car was ready and they had given it a full service and an MOT which was all good and clear. It had supposedly passed with no advisories. We then signed to the documents and went to the car, to find that it had no fuel in it at all. They had told us they would put some in, after a bit more waiting around, some guys came and put a bit of fuel in so that we could get to a petrol station.
My mother (who we were buying the car for) got in the car and followed me home which was a 2-hour drive. When we arrived home she told me that there was no fluid in her wash bottle at all or that it just wasn't working, and there was a light on the dash. So it would never have passed an MOT... This tells us that their MOT was fake and that they didn't even look at the car. They sold it with a completely illegal MOT. The cost stayed at home for a few days until her new insurance kicked in, then she started driving it.
On the second day of driving the car, the car broke down, because the clutch stuck to the floor.
RAC helped my mother and the clutch was pulled back up and she was able to drive home. We took the car to a garage, which was an RAC garage and they said that there was an issue with the clutch. Obviously.
We spoke to the dealer, which was impossible because you get ignored over and over and put off left right and center. Given every excuse they can think of as to why they were not getting back to you. Eventually they agreed to pay for the diagnostic. But then they refused to pay for any of the repairs. The car had not been serviced by them as they had promised us and told us they had but they very cleverly didn't give us anything in writing to say it had been serviced. When we spoke to them about this They ignored us for weeks and then eventually said that they don't claim they are serviced but they claim that they have full service history. Which is absolute rubbish because they very clearly told us that they had just serviced it whilst we were there.
We claimed the repair on our RAC warranty and we paid for a service which we should not have had to do. The garage told us that this car had not been serviced. And judging by the faults with the car, it absolutely, should not have passed an MOT.
We have ended up with a car that is still not as it was advertised, and we have spent even more money. The car was more expensive than other cars like it but my mother fell in love with the color. Not only did we pay over the odds for the car, then had to pay just to get it so that it is safe for her to drive, not to mention the fact that she had to pay for temporary insurance on her old car whilst that one was being looked at. The only reason we did not return it to them for a full refund is because we know that it would have been like getting blood from a stone getting anything from them.
They are as dodgy as they come so do not spend your money with them. They had my mother and my 90-year-old grandfather driving home in a car that had not had an MOT or a service.

Avoid at all costs
The car I bought had been in a front end collision and I found out when I took the car to a independent garage and that the repair had been totally bodged, although ECC247 said the car has been through a pre delivery inspection, there were plastic padding holding the front lights in the bumper, all underneath the bumper was not secured to the body as all fixing screws were missing, the aftersales experience was very stressful to say the least, and I have significantly financially lost out as the cost of the new bumper was over £1500.

It's been great experience and perfect customer service i have received. Really enjoyed time at the Halifax branch and I am highly recommending this place.

All questions I've had, has been answered quickly and I have received all the information I needed and asked for.

Took care of me as a customer and they haven't pushed me to buy the car, just gave all the time I needed to make my decision, with no pressure.

Once again thank you so much guys, I appreciate all your help and patience. I'll surly use the service again in the future when I'll be considering buying a new car.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!! Shocking company to deal with and wish I had seen the reviews before buying our car. Despite advising them of our intent to take our issues to the small claims court we are still being ignored.
1. Brakes were supposed to be changed before getting the car - never done
2. No spare key
3. No full service history despite being promised they would send it on
4. Faulty media screen when the car was delivered which we were never advised on and because they hadn't registered the car with the warranty company, we couldnt even talk to them and Ishmel said we must have broken it!
5. Upon getting an independent garage to do an inspection, they had discovered at some point certainly the rear of the car had been in some kind of flood - refused to acknowledge independent report or refund us the cost as promised.
We have had zero communication from them when trying to seek a resolution, they even blamed Euro Car Parts for delay in costing and also Michael accused us of not being understanding as they decided to close their own garage due to a death in the family - this was after yet another two week silence.
So, all in all please avoid these people! Charlatans at best!

Everything went downhill after the test drive. Promised documentation and spare key did not materialise, work done to fix issues and service has no documentation or proof, or subsequently been found not to have actually been done as advised.

Since collection, all attempts to contact via phone, text and email have gone completely unanswered, despite promises previously to send documentation. This company will say whatever it takes to complete a sale, then cut you off.

Had a very good experience dealing with easy car credit. I dealt with Adam and Jake, both fantastic and didn’t feel pressured during the process. All the staff was great too!

An absolute joke. Con artist, faulty car sold.
