Very impressive
Excellent customer service and a great product. I have just completed a fairly complicated and expensive project - I needed some technical guidance and they were very helpful (and patient). I will only use this company if I need further products in the future and would thoroughly recommend them.

Great service and technical knowledge
I've ordered from this company 3 times now and can honestly say they offer consistently good service. The product range is also pretty good. Deliveries are always well packed in sturdy boxes; so far not had any products arrive damaged in any way.
I love that the staff are knowledgeable and can offer technical advice to ensure you are buying the right product for your project, saving you time and money.

Outstanding customer service and a fantastic website and range of products
Fantastic website with a wealth of information and practical help on it that complements the huge range of products. Really responsive to queries sent via the website.
After placing an order but adding a note about adding on a product that was out of stock before the order was sent, someone from easycomposites called me within minutes to talk through the order, directed me to some alternatives to the out of stock product on their GlassCast website and stayed on the phone while I chose the additional products I needed so they could be added to the order and all dispatched together. This was amazing customer services and really unexpected, a massively refreshing change compared to most companies and really really appreciated. I'm looking forward to receiving my order and will definitely be using easycomposites going forward. Thank you!

An Impressive Company At Every Level
An excellent company in every respect. Website is clear, intuitive and full of helpful information. Having ordered some products late in the day, the company emailed me the next day to apologise they hadn't got them out the same day...and then refunded the postage. This was not only unexpected and generous, but also really excellent customer service. I have already bought products from them again. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
