Absolute joke of a company. Sent first test in and took over 3 weeks to get results, requesting a restest of the child only, which costs another $140. Did the retest, waited another 3 weeks only to get a request asking for another retest of father, which costs another $90. At a time that’s already stressful enough the time delays and lack of communication is pathetic, I would highly recommend paying a bit more and using a more reputable company.

We needed a fast DNA test after our father passed on, the staff were fast to reply to emails, understanding and had great communication. The results came back promptly and it was a stress free experience. Thank you!

Nearly 5 Months since they *received* my samples, 6 Emails later and lost information, still no results.

Took three months and 3 emails for them to decide "They don't have my height and weight, which is required to start the test" ~ Maybe put it on the form, where you ask for my mobile number, email & name?

A month after providing height and weight *again* still no results, no update, almost can't be bothered asking for a refund

These guys are great. Well worth it. The test kit was easy and straightforward. I made a mistake with the paperwork and they made it easy for me to fix that over email. The results came quickly with a detailed lab report.

Easy DNA is the only company that allows for a Personal legal DNA profile towards which I could send in one discreet sample. therefore the sample was tested against my own DNA ( legal ).
I was in a situation where cooperation was not given and I researched so many companies to find a way around it, and I found a semi - legal solution only with Easy DNA.

Worst company ever. First of all, they send you a sample kit but doesn't tell you that you need to fill the collection tube to the full. Sample sent away and only to be told it was not enough 8 weeks later. Then they charge a re-delivery fees for recollection and then took another 8 weeks and still NO RESULTS. I've expressed my dissatisfaction and said I am lodging a complaint but just excuses and not even a sorry. Worse investment ever. Bought this in Oct and we are in Feb now and still nothing. What a dud !

The kit was sent to the Philippines it arrived with no test kits in it. I am still looking into it and will post an update. Update I have been in contact with the office and I am receiving extremely good assistance. The next update is to come.

Very affordable, easy to understand, very quick response with emails, amazing customer service , quick results & very easy to read/understand.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. The most disgusting service I have ever had to deal with in my life. Nothing but lies and fk ups and stuff arounds and one whole month later, still no test results. Paid $550 for a legal paternity test and got bugger all out of it except total BS from staff that don't want to help and who constantly avoid my calls and emails. I've lost count of how many lies I've been told after the pathology clinic they recommend to me sent my swabs to the wrong place and this company has done nothing to get them back. I needed these results to get legal representation for a court case which is in 2 weeks and these people have completely screwed me over. No apologies, no compensation, and no care in the world for their customers. Don't waste your time or money on these shonky people.This company should be shut down. So disgusted and angry !!!!

I would not recommend Easy DNA at all. I used them for allergy testing for my dog, and didn't receive results for 4 months. My husband, and I contact them 6 times, and were given the run around with no help. Finally when I requested my money be returned they contacted the lab. Miraculously I received the results that day with a note at the bottom that they were completed that day. East DNA continued to blame us stating we didn't register on an entirely different website(which was not mentioned, or included in any instructions) in order to receive results. Never an apology. Never did anyone try to assist us. Never would I recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service, and do not trust the results.

Would recommend to anyone in need of quality dna services. EasyDNA are fast, affordable and reliable in their service! Great customer service and keep you up to date with the whole process!

Very professional. I received an email when they received my payment and my swabs just to keep mw updated, which I appreciated. The process was simple and straight forward and the results were explained and easy to understand. The fees and time frame to get the results back were reasonable. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs to do parentage testing, even if it's for peace of mind.

My experience was a positive one. Very quick with sending out the package. The results were sent back quicker than expected. I contacted the office on a few occasions & found the staff very helpful. I would just suggest that the explanation on how to gather the DNA be a little clearer. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks Dot.

Please do yourself a favor and research this and other companies. I thought paying $1,300 for a non invasive prenatal paternity test was expensive and this company was middle of the road in prices, but you get what you pay for. It’s been two weeks and I can only get them to respond to my emails once. (Edit: now twice and the lady who answered my previous email was very nice and professional). I called a number in California and an Australian/English accent man answered and was pretty rude. I know 100% who the father is. I’m just doing this bc of a situation regarding someone I have a restraining order against.
I haven’t received results yet (it’s been 5 business days). I’m not concerned over the results bc I’m positive of the father. I just wish they would communicate better.
