My experience was a positive one. Very quick with sending out the package. The results were sent back quicker than expected. I contacted the office on a few occasions & found the staff very helpful. I would just suggest that the explanation on how to gather the DNA be a little clearer. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks Dot.

Please do yourself a favor and research this and other companies. I thought paying $1,300 for a non invasive prenatal paternity test was expensive and this company was middle of the road in prices, but you get what you pay for. It’s been two weeks and I can only get them to respond to my emails once. (Edit: now twice and the lady who answered my previous email was very nice and professional). I called a number in California and an Australian/English accent man answered and was pretty rude. I know 100% who the father is. I’m just doing this bc of a situation regarding someone I have a restraining order against.
I haven’t received results yet (it’s been 5 business days). I’m not concerned over the results bc I’m positive of the father. I just wish they would communicate better.

Results are sketchy, often vague and are ambiguous. Also they are not linked with specific genes.so, for the educated this test is useless.
No complaints about the service or staff.

I used Easy DNA to find out what my dog was allergic to, as he was constantly scrtching and biting at himself. I had ruled out fleas, etc., and thought it may have been a food allergy. I ordered a kit online from Easy  DNA, which was very easy and straightforward to do. It arrived a few days later, and all I needed to do was obtain a sample of my dog's saliva and return it to them.  I obtained the sample, returned it and received the food allergy results in a very timely manner. The communication from Easy DNA was good. On the whole, it was a very easy process and I now know exactly which foods I should not feed my dog.

Received the test package in 2 days. The sampling process was very easy and got my results in the timeframe specified. Very happy with the whole process!

Harv issues with receiving the package. Took just over two weeks to get my package.
Was told the address was wrong. This was not the case. The address was my physical address. However thy changed it to my p o box address and still delivered to my physical address. The stamp on the package said wrong address. Like you would think people would take ownership of their own errors but it seems like shirking blame to me. I would accept an honest error it happens all the time but shirking blame rubs me the wrong way.

With sending my package I called the company. I didn’t want to get it wrong because of the initial delay. Called the company. Was told all he instructions were in the package. However I was not to seal samples for across border reasons. I can understand that. I felt vulnerable leaving the box not sealed. I’m concerned about the samples arriving without seal in Australia eill they reject the sample ? Could get it become mixed with other samples because it’s not properly sealed? I called the company with little help from them. I sent it off today. I’m hoping for the best. U would think for fifteen hundred bucks the service would be smooth. I hope so. I will post again if I run into any hitches.

EasyDNA was just that. Easy. Was simple to request and quick to receive. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. Kit received was easy to follow no fuss.

Very easy website and company to get information from . Ordering a kit was fast and very easy, great instructions on using also .Received very quickly and results were back in time given.

This was so simple to understand and perform on my son. I ordered the kit on Wednesday night and recieved Friday morning. I returned samples Monday Morning and recieved my results the following Wednesday. So very satisfied. I highly recommend

I found EasyDNA on line and after a phone call to their very knowledgeable and informative staff decided to undergo testing. The Testing Kit arrived within two days outlining the method of obtaining the samples in a very clear and succinct manner. All other information was provided so as not to make an error in filling out the appropriate forms. Despite a holiday period intervening the results were expeditious and most likely equal to that used by Forensic Laboratories. I would highly recommend EasyDNA AU and the cost is not prohibitive.

It took a while to get the testing done, but not so long to get the results which i believe are incorrect . had emailed the company stating this but was replied with an email saying that apparently all was done correct . i have since read up on individuals who have had the same experience and there has been incidents where they have got the results wrong.. so yes i am concerned spending over $500 and the possibility that the results are not correct. and to top it off they don't even do this in australia , on the bottom of the results it states from fairfield OHIO ... if i had known this i would have gone through another company like i am looking into now and if the results come back different to the ones easy dna provided then i will be taking this further .

Easydna was a wonderful service. The website was easy to navigate with all the information I was looking for. The test was affordable and received quickly. The test kit itself was easy to with all information provided to guide me. I had a queary regarding the form I needed to fill out and return so I rang the customer service team and the lady was most helpful. I received my results well within the timeframe I was given and they were informative yet easy to interpret. Overall a positive experience and I thank easydna for giving us the answers we were searching for after 10 years. I recommend this company for your DNA testing needs, they will assure you peace of mind.

Simple and informative website, very knowledgeable consultants to speak to for any clarification, fast & efficient. If I had to note any downsides, one would be trying to organise the collection point for a legal test became onerous. This might be specific to WA however Dr's wont do legal sample collection and always refer you to a Path Centre and Path Centres don't bill "walk off the street" patients, so finding a collection point that would collect and bill became difficult. However, with the help of EasyDNA they were able to locate and organise collection and billing directly with a Path Centre. Second downside would be the forms used are a little confusing and really do need to be written specifically for the relevant test rather than using generic forms. Would be glad to provide input on this :)

This company proclaims loudly on their front page that you pay a fixed fee for a DNA test, with no hidden or extra charges.
They then bury in their Terms & Conditions that you will need to pay an additional $85 if you do not return a sample within 3 months of paying for the pack.
This is a disgusting practice. If there are potential additional fees, have them in the same place you proclaim there are no extra fees.
No explanation on what the extra cost is either. I returned a sample 2 weeks later than their cutoff.
I prepaid for the pack, so I had to pay the additional $85 or lose my initial $309 I paid for the kit.

Definitely would recommend easydna. I was very anxious about not only the situation but the service as well. I spoke with Alicia and Sonia and they were amazing at communicating constantly and calming my nerves. I had sent dozens of emails and none were ever unanswered. Sonia was great with answering all of my questions via live chat. Results came back sooner than expected which put me at ease. I even met with Alicia in the office and she was absolutely lovely and again calmed my nerves. Thank you easydna!
