I love the idea behind this and raising funds for good causes.
However regularly you can follow the procedure perfectly and donations don’t track. Also donations regularly get rejected with no justified reasoning and customer service is non existent. A shame.

This is a marvellous service - I help my charities just by shopping and can boost their donations for free! So easy to use through the reminder extension, and I've been surprised how many retailers subscribe. A simply brilliant idea.

This is very easy to use (pardon the punt). By making sure both browsers are added, every time you shop online, you can click for donation. Of late, some donations are not registered after I have shopped and I have had to put in claims for missing donations.

Really easy to set up for my Community Interest ( not for profit) Company. I was given great support from the fundraising specialist team, both over the phone and with follow up emails offering help and inspiration. A brilliant scheme to allow friends and supporters to contribute to our cause without any financial loss to themselves. Love it. Thanks

I am only giving one star because there is not a no star option available. Absolutely terrible company. A total scam to get you to make money for them offering you the opportunity to make pennies towards your cause. Donations were not accepted even though guidelines had been followed and extra bonus that were on offer were then not transferred. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It helps if the retailers actually donate as promised instead of coming up with nonsense excuses.
Good idea but let down by many retailers so makes me wonder is it worth it?

The help and assistance from the Fundraising Specialist Team helped me to get our fundraising campaign off to a flying start! I was provided with lots of hints and tips including readymade information to put out on social media. There were also materials that I used to present the campaign to our church congregation. I am delighted with the response so far, due to the excellent support received.

Surely if you are raising money you get an update? Well I did, and the figure was nearly a thousand pound. The charity dooesnt acknowledge payments by the way and now my fundraising is 145.00.

The maths don't add up. No way have I raised 145.00 in the quarter after the 995.00 unless I bought a house.

Not only that, the app is so annoying. It sneaks in and you press it but it becomes tiresome. In fact, it is an irritant.

The concept is lovely and I am all for it but the actual system and management is appalling. People sign up to do some good, for people at the end of that to think they have been scammed is a massive failing.

We have already raised about £25 in a month which is great! The Fundraising Specialist Team have been very helpful with an introductory call and start-up incentive to boost our donations. It is a very easy and simple way of fundraising. We would definitely recommend EasyFundraising as money can be raised without any cost to the user!

The guys at EasyFundraising are incredibly attentive. They've spent time talking me through how it works and I constantly get marketing materials in my inbox that I can use to promote our cause through them. Any questions are answered immediately and I'm pleased to say that we were able to gain valuable new members in our recent drive, which they supported by offering bonuses for new sign ups. It's the easiest way to raise funds!

Whilst you need to lot of people signed up to make a decent amount of money, you can’t really argue with FREE money for your cause.

The Fundraising Specialist Team have been extremely helpful in aiding us as we set up the scheme for our Church. People have found the procedure reasonably easy and are amazed at how the system enables our funds to be enhanced without it costing them anything

You think by the amount of donations it shows you are due you would get it but unfortunately this is not the case. The only ones I get without any issues are mainly Amazon and Ebay. I have had to raise numerous claims for missing donations, and they take ages to get back on these. Booking.com & Money supermarket show as paying high donations but I have not successfully had any of these high payments confirmed. Also had to raise a claim for Holiday extras which also should be a high donation but it is not showing.

The Easyfundraising experience has been fantastic. We just setup our Easyfundraising account for our charity and it had been such smooth sailing! The Fundraising Specialist Team have been great. Extremely responsive and supportive - much more so than I would've expected. The promotional material that they provide is excellent as well. Really can't fault Easyfundraising at all and how helpful the Fundraising Specialist Team has been. Really looking forward to working with them to raise lots of funds for our charity! :-)

This is such a simple format to utilise to bring in vital fundraising without costing your supporters anything additional to what they would usually spend shopping online!

The fundraising specialist team have been extremely helpful giving clear, timely and simple steps and tools to follow to make the most of this opportunity.

The whole programme is of the highest quality in terms of communication and ease of use for fundraiser and donator. It even becomes fun competing with your family and friends to see who has raised the most so far for your cause!

I wish I had found this resource sooner and will continue to increase the number of supporters we have and donations we receive!

Signing our cause up to easyfundraising was super simple and straight forward, but what I didn't expect was such fantastic support from the Fundraising Specialist Team. Rena and Luisa reached out to help us set up a sign up incentive scheme to encourage people to sign up to support our cause, which seemed like a no brainer with very little effort required from us. They provided free marketing materials including QR codes, posters and content for social media to help us promote ourselves, and in less than 5 weeks we've signed up 60 supporters and raised £117.42! I never in a million years expected such a fantastic result in such a short time, and the donation reminder pop up is nothing short of genius - I can't wait to see how much we can raise for the rest of the year :)
