In principle, it sounds easy however, it takes too long for the donations to move from pending to completed and lots of our supporters donation don't track so they have to raise them as a missing donation. As we are a PTA, we were offered a summer bonus offer of £3 per new supporter. Despite 17 people joining, we have not received the bonus because Easyfundraising say they did not sign up via the app but the supporters insist they did. After going around in circles and back and forth via emails, I was told that the tracking for this was all computerised and automatic and that was that. All that work recruiting supporters and we have nothing to show for it! It's really frustrating!

The experience has been great! Everyone is so attentive & helpful. Lots of templates & ideas for getting you started. The Fundraising Specialist Team are particularly useful with & encouraging incentives to get things rolling for us. Thank you.

Easyfundraising is a great way to donate to my chosen cause. Downloading the extension onto my web browser was quick and simple, and the reminders I get to donate each time ensure that I am able to support my charity at no cost to me. I honestly don’t know why you wouldn’t want to use it, and I hope more retailers partner with easyfundraising in the future

Fantastic organisation, the concept of easy fundraising is exceptional highly recommend for any charity or parent council like ourselves. We have generated a large sum of money with no effort at all - amazing!! EasyFundraising have been fantastic, I wish I knew about it sooner. The Fundraising Specialist Team have been great at helping me get new supporters and offering great incentives.

I like the idea behind Easyfundraising and the concept of raising money for good causes through everyday shopping. As a member of my son's school PTA, we're always looking for ways to generate additional funds, so it seemed like a good solution.

Unfortunately, our experience hasn't lived up to expectations. Despite installing the browser reminder and making sure I click the donation pop-up whenever I shop online, only around half of my purchases appear to be tracked successfully. On top of that, there seems to be a significant delay between making a purchase and seeing the donation recorded. Some donations from a few months ago are still showing as pending.

The payment process is also frustratingly slow. When our PTA received its first payment from Easyfundraising, it was only around £20, despite the fact that more than £270 had already been raised at that point according to the platform. This made it difficult to understand when funds would actually become available to our cause.

Overall, it's a good idea in principle, but the tracking, validation and payment processes feel slow and inefficient. If these issues were improved, it could be a much more effective fundraising tool.

What a great idea! Why wouldn't you? I had occasion to contact Easyfundraising when setting up my page but the Fundraising Specialist Team were so friendly and helpful. My cause site is easy to navigate and I get a bit of a thrill at seeing how much we are raising. When shopping I find it necessary, if you navigate away from the page, to keep clicking to get donation to ensure a contribution is generated. It does make me more loyal to my retailers and thanks must go to them for their generosity.

I follow the T&Cs of the donations perfectly and probably only 25% of donations actually track correctly. The rest require you to raise missing donation queries, which take months to settle and are rarely accepted.

I organised a quick help call which got me up and running in just 15 minutes. The staff are extremely helpful. I can't recommend this highly enough.

We have had a superb experience so far with Easy Fundraising. The Team talked us through the process and gave us some handy hints and tips to get signups and also some very handy incentives to get us started. We are less than a month in and can already see the brilliant benefits.

The easyfundraising platform is just perfect for raising funds for start-up, grass roots organisations like our community interest company (CIC) called Holding Your Online Hands. The only alternative is applying for grants one by one.

Their customer service team (go Jess) are outstanding. Friendly, efficient, super helpful and make it obvious they want this to be successful for CIC.

An easy way to earn money for your chosen charity simply by continuing to shop online as you usually do. There are many retailers involved and more being added all the time.
