I’ve had a fantastic experience with EasyFundraising! The platform is super easy to use and it’s been a great way to raise funds for our community cause while our members do their everyday online shopping. The feedback from everyone has been really positive, especially since it’s a nice change for them to support our cause without having to donate directly – it’s great that companies are doing the giving instead! The Fundraising Specialist Team were amazing during the on-boarding process, so helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from the get go. I’d definitely recommend EasyFundraising to anyone looking to raise funds in a simple, effortless way with exceptional support!

Its a great idea to support local charities but the easyfundraising application is poor. Many suppliers look for various ways not to make a donation and you the supporter end up going round in circles making claim after claim. Suppliers need to take responsibility and should be brought to account and admin need to review stock letter approach. Not happy

This is a great idea, if you can get enough people to sign up. And the key thing is getting them to use it for large purchases.
The Fundraising Specialist Team were incredibly helpful when I first set it up - they give you lots of guidance and ready made social post/email text and posters to print. And they were on hand to answer any questions - I would definitely recommend booking a call with them when you first set up!

This is such a fantastic idea, I love that when I shop online via Easy Fundraising, the charity I have chosen to support receives a donation with no extra cost to me. Respect to the thousands of companies who participate in this. I like that I get emails from my chosen charity to let me know which brands have special offers or higher percentage for donations available. The app is also easy to use. Every penny helps and I love that smaller charities are able to join in to promote their cause and raise those much needed funds.

A parent suggested we sign up and am so glad they did! This is such a great platform to help us gain much needed extra income to spend on treats for our children in school. The set up has been so straightforward with great support from the fundraising specialist team, they are so efficient and answered any questions we had during set up. The resources available to help us promote our cause are fabulous!

This is such a brilliant platform for small charities like ours to generate a steady flow of income and feels good to know we have control over how much ew promote and therefor grow our potential for more digital fundraising. It is super easy for people to sign up and forget about but has long term positive impacts for the charities they support. The fundraising specialist team are so helpful and respond quickly to all enquiries and questions. They send over lots of helpful links to post on socials and make spreading the word super easy.

I can only comment from the perspective of a 'funder' rather than a 'fundraiser' but for the few minutes it took to sign up and add the browser extension to my desktop computer, in less than 2 years I have raised almost £100 for my local school with no additional effort or thought on my behalf and at no cost to me!

This is a great idea to raise a little bit of money that I can use towards treats for our young people.
Easy to use, although I need to spend a little bit of time familiarising myself with promoting it more on our websites, but the Fundraising Specialist team have been excellent and always in touch to support

Works OK and customer support good, but donation rates low when compared to competitors. Up to 4x cashback available elsewhere.

Also faff to have to use websites instead of Apps, but that’s the same as elsewhere

Just about worth it to raise a little extra, but with a little effort as good or much better discounts and cashback are available elsewhere

I have received great support from Luisa and Rena, every step of the way.

I am slowly learning how to use the different tools to promote the site and gain more supporters.

I realised everyone is very busy during Christmas, so getting people's attention is more challenging.

I will use the lessons from the incentive period to push and get more supporters.

This is the easiest service to use with great support for our fundraising specialist, Rena. There are plenty of templates for social media which can simply be forwarded to your groups or platforms.

I think I am actually done with this app. It just doesn’t work 75%+ of time even when the yellow bar appears and donation is tracked. Final straw is webuyany wriggling their way out of a payment to the charity on this which I will now pay from own pocket. This app needs to improve or just close down as a good idea poorly done.

Update: there doesn’t seem any point in reaching out as requested in the reply, I have done this on other claims, it’s got me no where so think I will save the time. The app doesn’t seem to work unless it is in a browser and even then it is hit or miss on if a payment matches first time. Something genuinely seems to be wrong with this at the moment - fix it and it will be brilliant , and please let me know when you do
