This is the single worst hotel EVER
This is the single worst hotel ive ever stayed in & im not fussy. People saying you get what you pay for but we hotel hopped for our stay in Manchester & this was the most expensive room. We stayed in the travel lodge for £25 per night & the old trafford stadium hotel for £29 per night. This hotel had no heating, 1 tiny ass pillow each and a duvet that didnt even fit the bed. My back hurts, my soul hurts & my bank account hurts. Do not waste your money, stay ANYWHERE ELSE and it will be better!! Not to mention the crackheads screaming outside the window half the night and the random siren alarm at 11pm in our room with no explanation. What a shit hole.
You get what you pay for
I was surprised by the attitude of the staff who was not really willing to help and also being a bit patronising. I was only asking for the heating which not work like a proper heating blowing more cool air. No cover, very minimalist decoration. I guess it is the same than taking the flight. Also, you get what you pay for! I would not recommend.

If you want a small room, this is the Hotel for you
Booked a double bed for the night in Manchester. Walked into the room and it was tiny, the bed was sandwiched between 2 walls and there was hardly any room. If someone was sat on the bed, the other had to stand outside the bathroom. We checked out our friends twin room and it was much bigger in comparison. We asked if there was a larger double room available and reception said if we moved to a different room there would be a chance it is smaller.
Asked for 2 key cards but told no due to them not being able to track people coming in and out. Surely the key card would tell you who is coming and going, no?
No glasses in the room so couldn't drink any tap water.
I know it's a cheaper option, so people might say "you get what you get" but it wasn't even super cheap.
It was clean but that's the only positive.
BORJS HOTEL
We arrived at the Borjs Hotel late in the evening. The reception staff were polite helpful and friendly. We were accompanied to our room and assisted with our luggage. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean a.d adequate for our needs. Everything seemed fine. The following day we discovered the tv didn't work. No problem we were moved to another room and all was well. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels whether required or not. We had no issues with the food. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat. We also had an evening meal nightly. Lovely food and staff were eager to please. Pool area was clean and kept tidy plenty of sunbeds and towels available. Food and drink available throughout the day.
We had no.problems at all. The beach was a short 10min walk away as was the shopping centre. Lovely beach and promenade. This wasn't a modern hotel however it was very nice with helpful staff who were really lovely. Nothing too much trouble. I enjoyed my week here. Both my husband and I would certainly visit Morocco again. Lovely people and lovely weather.All in all a nice experience

Booked a family room which states two single beds and one double (both on their website and booking.com) easy hotel said we had booked a triple room (not the case!)
The customer service online is the worse I have ever come across, very rude and abrupt.. I have proof of the room I booked and been called a lier!
The bed situation aside, the room didn’t even come with cups! When asked for one at reception they just said no!
Please I beg anyone reading this do not stay at any easy hotel.
Not really worth the £140
Went to the Leeds Hotel and while the staff were great, friendly and helpful the room is way too small for the price. The room was clean and tidy and yes we booked last minute, it's in the city centre and it was the only room we could get at that point, but it's still no excuse to charge that much. On top of that, you have to go down to reception to get hot drinks and pay further those. For that money, you'd expect it to be included and have the supplies in the room. Also, we came back to find the cards wouldn't open the door so we went to reception who were insistent that were in another room even though the first guy at reception wrote our room number on our key cards when we checked in. They did help with that and correct the situation but was still a bit of a faff. Would not go back in a rush. Sorry. Seq.

Booking online is very difficult and even when date was selected it continued to go through and take booking when security number was wrong and I wanted to cancel. I am trying to speak to someone about a refund as I have rebooked for the suitable date after finally figuring out how to do it...... BE CAREFUL when Booking online. Would really appreciate contact from Easy Hotel to possibly discuss.

We stayed in London location. Very disappointed, rooms are super small if it’s more than one person there is no room to even turn. If you have any luggage you are in bad luck because you definitely have to jump over it. Washrooms are macroscopic. There ventilation systems in so bad that group of as get sick with upper respiratory infections.
Hostile Treatment Oxford
I faced hostile and threatening treatment from the manager at easyHotel Oxford, suggesting customer wellbeing is not valued at a managerial level. The rooms were subpar. Disgusting and irredeemable.
scumbags stole my $800
I booked for 7days and stayed at easyhotel Oxford only one night. Room was not suitable for staying. Loud ventilation right next to your bed did not allow me to sleep. Windows are permanently closed. Next day I asked receptionist if I can get refund since there was no way to know in advance that conditions are unbearable and booking was not refundable. Receptionist had consulted it with her manager and I was told that there is no problem and I will get my refund within next 12 days. It's been now 1month since. I've submitted multiple complains via easyhotel website and email and there is not even single repose from them. Avoid this garbage company at any cost!
YOU HAVE TO HAVE A TABLE & CHAIR..
Has to be 2* for me as I can't believe the room i have here at the easyHotel Barcelona Fira HAS NO TABLE OR CHAIR ! The fact there's no cup or anything in the bathroom pales into insignificance given this. It really is just the bed & floor, then the shower, toilet & basin next door.
If they're really clever I'm sure they can do away with the toilet seat on the loo, I'm sure the guests won't mind & it'll save 'em a few quid 🥳
Dreadful customer service
Made an honest genuine mistake in the booking I made, I literally contacted them within 10 minutes of receiving the confirmation email after noting I had booked the wrong date.
Refuse to cancel the booking, offered an alternative date but want to charge an extra £95 even though on their own website the difference in price for the date of amendment is over £50.00 less.
Absolutely zero customer service and purely about getting as much cash as possible out of customers

Ik vind de service en medeleven van dit hotel walgelijk.
Heb een kamer geboekt voor 14,15 september omdat ik met mijn partner en oom en tante naar tino Martin zouden gaan.
Van de week gebeld met het hotel en het verschrikkelijke nieuws verteld dat mijn oom is overleden vorige week aan een scooter ongeluk. Hierdoor zouden wij niet meer gaan naar het concert en ook dus niet overnachten. Wij zitten midden in een rouwproces. Hotel reageerde honds brutaal en niet meelevend. Ze vonden dat ze grenzen moesten trekken en hun zouden het niet annuleren. Mijn partner heeft het verhaal nogmaals kunnen uitleggen, waardoor de receptioniste zei, "ik heb je vriendin al gesproken, dus ik heb hier geen zin in" toen hing mevrouw gewoon op. Mijn tante nogmaals gebeld en uitgelegd over haar man, en of alleen haar kamer kosteloos geannuleerd kan worden. Mevrouw van de receptie was erg geagiteerd en brutaal.
Booking.com heeft het ook geprobeerd maar het is niet gelukt. Ook booking.com uiten dit als zeer triest en geen begrippen hebben voor de situatie.
Ik ga naar vele hotelletjes maar dit was echt mijn toppunt van vreselijkste service ever!!!!!! Om te kotsen 🤢

They’ve literally messed with my life…
They’ve literally messed with my life for no reason. Was meant to have an interview today at Cardiff branch with a person called Shannon 07435326464. I’ve already emailed a day before asking for my interview to be held over the phone knowing very well it may get cancelled, well Shannon decided to let me know with that only an hour before after i’ve booked a day off for this and now she went and cancelled It. I guess the name Ali really rubbed her off wrong, pure racism without seen her.

I have stayed in the Easyhotel in Milton Keynes central weekly for the last 3 months for work purposes, and I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the hotel and the great customer service received from Rob and Kolsuma! It is straight forward, effective service and easy to check in and out. Would highly recommend. It is well priced too.

What a wonderful peaceful stay. The staff are so friendly and really could not help enough. Check in was quick and easy. As soon as I walked in i was met with a smile and a friendly chit chat. Definitely worth a stay. I will be back!!!
