Pricy

It was the first time of booking with easyhotel and although room type was specified on the site, the information about the facilities of the hotel in general was either lacking details or not informing enough to customers.

▪︎ The hotel listed wheelchair access on its sitebut but has flat steps at the entrance.
▪︎ It has no lift as stated in the note which should have been listed under facilities.
▪︎ The room sizes and bathroom are too small in reference to price paid.
▪︎ Guests are not provided kettle, cups, tea bags or other treats instead, customers would have to leave their rooms to make use of a vending machine placed near the reception which charges for its use for coffee and hot chocolate but not tea.
▪︎ I was not pleased about the extra charges needed to change room to a ground floor due to adjustment needs.
The extra added price differed from that advettised at the hotel site and third booking site indicating customers are charged higher fees to change room once they are physically present in the hotel.
▪︎ The staff did mention that a mobile ramp could have been provided oj approach but the information was listed under special request yet no adjustment was made to the room

▪︎ Although the hotel stated it had no accessible room at the time of my booking because all had been booked, I find the explanation rather defensive for not listing accessible rooms on the site at all.
It would be impossible to book an accessible room if it was occupied even though the room would still be visible on the booking site.
Positive take away is the clean room and functional Aircondition otherwise, overpriced for me.

Easy hotel

Place was easy to check in and out of, near many shops n things to do and eat - as well as transport etc. front desk were helpful and always present (all hours) felt personable and friendly. Safe environment - you need a key to access every entry point. Clean and tv/ac/heating in the room as well as body wash provided. Overall was happy with the experience.

Tiny room, even after paying extra—no space, no wardrobe. The smell is so bad you can notice it from outside the hotel, and inside it’s unbearable.

No cleaning included—you have to pay €20 each time, which is insane. Imagine staying several days with no cleaning unless you keep paying. They don’t even provide anything to clean yourself, so the bathroom becomes unusable very quickly.

Everything is extra: early check-in, late check-out… no real service at all.

We asked to cancel—refused. We contacted Booking.com (we booked through their mobile app), but were told it was somehow handled via Agoda, so nothing could be done. Even worse, we only received all these conditions after paying.

Our holiday was completely ruined.

This feels extremely misleading and close to a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Convinient location- super close to…

Convinient location- super close to bullet train station. You can walk to it, couple minutes. Friendly and professional front desk. Very accommodating with dates of stay. Just great experience

Une bonne adresse

L'hôtel est bien situé, calme et bien tenu. Le personnel est sympathique, notamment le valet de chambre Kayes qui a retrouvé les lunettes que j'avais perdu.

Plz don't waste your money the worst…

Plz don't waste your money the worst hotel I have ever stayed at we walked out after 1 munute . No kettle no cups no wardrobe no nothing just a bed . Im disgusted u charge money for this . Will never use thease hotels again 0/10 and minus everything . Worst hotel in amsterdam

OMG… where do I begin?!
Firstly… don’t waste your money by booking here to start with!

1, Rooms are the smallest I have ever seen.

2, No table to put items, food, etc.
Due to the ridiculous size of the room.
No where to put a drink apart from the floor.

3, You can barely walk around the bottom of the bed, due to the lack of room.

4, No where to hang anything, apart from a hook for a coat.
If living out a case is your thing then it won’t bother you.

5, One small fixed window, no access to fresh air.

6, Our window was directly close to office windows and cafe Nero, literally everyone able to look right up in your room, so the only way to create privacy is to close your curtain, while you have daylight outside.
This creating a darkness and making the room even more depressing than it already is.

7, Two flat lumpy pillows on the bed.
We asked if we could please have a couple more. Reception staff said she would ask housekeeping to pop them in to us.
We waited, no one arrived.
I walked around the corridor as we seen a team cleaning rooms as we arrived, I asked him if I could have a couple of pillows please.
He walked around to the cupboard and could only offer me one, as they had no more pillows in the storage cupboard to give me.
(Bearing in mind that storage cupboard supplies the whole hotel!)
So never received anything decent to put our heads on.

8, Room is stifling with heat!
The fixed closed window and tiny room size contributes to this issue.

9, Problems with the room access card not always working, then having to go down to be reprogrammed.

10, The walk from the lift to our room was ridiculous, it goes on and on!
If your mobility is reduced and you find yourself with a room like ours, you may very well find it challenging.

11, I booked the hotel via “Bookings.com” the picture shows the room you will receive, it actually shows you a room with 2 large windows and a bigger room, until you actually get here and find what you’ve actually paid for.

12, As this was advertised to be a straight forward standard hotel, I was happy initially and understood what I was booking.
However, it’s not until you get here, you realise exactly what you’ve got!
In a nutshell shell, this hotel makes the basic “Travelodge” look like the “London Savoy”

13, Water pressure in the shower is dreadful.

14, Staff are young and inexperienced with little character to rise to the position of front of house.

If you are used to roughing it or have experience with Hostel accommodation you will probably find it ok, but it’s certainly not what we are accustomed to.
If it wasn’t for the fact we had pre bought tickets for local excursions, I would have driven straight home after seeing what we were facing!

If any dispute on authenticity of this review I am happy to send legal documents over of liability accepted very quickly. Bitten all over hands, arms, legs, bit of back and head. NHS guidelines is more than 1 treatment and 3-6 weeks timescale. I was let in a room 2 weeks after admitting an outbreak in there. Promises of expenses paid suitcase, dry cleaning etc nothing as soon as I left. I will update the review upon compensation paid and case resolution.

After spending 20 hours at the nearby hospital, all I wanted from a hotel was a few hours sleep.

That was not going to happen at the easyHotel London Paddington. I wasn’t bothered about a miniscule room, no window, no amenities or frills whatsoever. All I wanted was quiet.

Sadly the room was anything but. The aircon machine in the corner, despite being switched off emitted a whirring sound louder than the various equipment in the hospital ward I had just come from.

How anyone could sleep like that I do not know.
I certainly couldn’t so after 10 minutes promptly gathered up my belongings and left.
The front desk reception confirmed that was the sound it makes when off.

I asked for a refund and assumed that was processed at the time, however they did not do it – possibly lack of comprehension skills?

They also refused a refund via the booking.com portal.

The only saving grace was that 30 seconds away there was another hotel at the same price, where I did not have to put up with outrageous noises when trying to sleep.

If you are reading this, check out the various other 2* hotels nearby. There are so many, and I expect they are all better than what I experienced at the easyHotel London Paddington. What an absolute joke.

5 star customer service

Last night I booked a room in June at easyHotel London Victoria for 1 night and made a mistake put the day before.
Once I noticed the mistake I called hotel but as it was non refundable was worried I would lose my money.
I spoke to a lovely lady called roxana very very helpful and understanding.
She referred me to the hotel manager Maria.
Wow what a lovely lady understood my concerns and nothing to much trouble was very understanding and transferred my booking to the next night the correct one.
What a great team you have at that hotel keep up the good work

As expected cheap cheerful and very clean staff were friendly offering extra pillows and towels at reception on arrival morning staff friendly service too only one night but recommend the Sheffield hotel many thanks 😊

A Nightmare in Disguise – Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give this “hotel” negative stars, I would. Easy Hotel is not just disappointing—it’s a full-blown assault on basic human dignity. The moment I walked in, I was hit by the unmistakable scent of despair mixed with mildew. The staff were either completely uninterested in helping or actively hostile, and communication was a guessing game at best.

The room? Calling it a “room” is an insult to closets everywhere. The bed was a lumpy mattress that seemed to have been rescued from a landfill, and the sheets were threadbare, stained, and smelled faintly of despair. The bathroom was a biohazard in its own right: tiles cracked, mold thriving in every corner, and the shower barely managed a trickle of lukewarm water.

Noise levels were unbearable. Thin walls ensured I could hear every cough, snore, and phone call from neighboring rooms. Privacy is clearly an optional extra. The so-called “air conditioning” is a sad, wheezing fan that seems to mock you with every futile attempt to cool the room.

And don’t even think about breakfast or amenities—unless your definition of breakfast is a stale croissant and regret served with lukewarm coffee in a sterile, joyless room.

In short, Easy Hotel is a masterclass in how to ruin a stay. I’ve had better experiences camping in the rain or sleeping on a bus. Save yourself the trauma, the soul-crushing disappointment, and the health hazards—stay literally anywhere else.

Rating: Negative infinity out of five.

Geen schoonmaak

Bij aankomst werd meteen gemeld dat er in het weekend niet schoongemaakt wordt.
De bedden waren slecht en schoven alle kanten op, waardoor ik bijna op de grond terechtkwam.
Er was geen kast voor kleding (bizar).

Dit hotel is geen aanrader!

Stayed for 1 night just needed somewhere to sleep, and this is perfect. Very compact but bed was spotless clean comfortable, shower room again small but everything necessary. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. If looking for somewhere just to sleep then this is the place

Just recently stayed at Easy Hotel in Liverpool pillows where flat quilt was thin room was freezing room was so small couldn't put luggage anywhere other than floor this hotel okay for 1 night stay not anything longer

easy hotel Fira barcelona no recomendable

He estado alojado en easy hotel Fira barcelona los días 1y 2 de diciembre 2025. En ambos días he tenido que pedir que pusieran calefacción, y la tienen que poner desde recepción, dado que sino no funciona en la habitación.

En la entrada a la habitación, estaba sucio el baño, y la habitación , el día 2, es decir al día siguiente estaba la habitación sin hacer y baño sin limpiar.

El personal de recepción, no es amable.
