Eat Tokyo Opiniões 

I get takeout at Eat Tokyo Notting Hill, once a week. The food is good but they don't make any effort to recycle. Every time I call, I tell them not to include napkins or chopsticks. Last Sunday, they gave me 20 napkins and extra chopsticks which I returned and they threw in the garbage. They serve food in black containers which can't be recycled. I am not getting takeout there anymore. I can't support a restaurant that does not care about the planet

Just found this restaurant in Hammersmith and it is wonderful. Great selection of sushi and lots of other dishes. Cant get enough of this place.

Never a time when this place is not busy LOL! Queue is always SO long. Hate all the smoking in line to get in!!
Used to visit often with my girlfriend but staff can be a bit weird... We love eating delicious affordable Japanese-style food but I feel like they focus on me and ignore her; If she asks for cutlery or add to order they forget but if I ask it is quick... When eating at covent garden branch, they turn on AC upstairs maybe to hurry us out even when visiting as a group during busy times... :( Hope to visit all branches again one day...

Holborn branch food is good!But the Indian manager very rude,he look at me a senstive part for long time when I pissing,until I give him a unlike face!(i guess he is gay)hope someone becareful!anyway...I won't go again!

Holborn branch on a Saturday.
Went for a post museum lunch ( 14:00 ) staff were great, the service was failtless and the food amazing.
It was the best grilled eel I have had and the yellowfin sashimi was marvelous.
I have to go back and try more.
The menu is awesome and the execution magnificent.
Good sized portions and well priced.

It was a great experience the food was very tasty and fresh and the staff were efficient and friendly.
I will definitely be back in this restaurant.

Love this place - ever since Atari -Ya closed in NW4, this has been my go to Japanese. The set lunch at G2 is staggering value.

Great resortant and business, We enjoy going there and the food and drinks are fresh and stuff are supper friendly.

Really like the new location of Eat Tokyo Notting Hill branch. Have been a regular for a long time and now enjoy it even more at its bigger and nicer venue. Service is always efficient and friendly. Food is delicious, good quality and quite authentic, portion also on the generous side, making Eat Tokyo one of the rare good-value-for-money Japanese eateries in London. Really pleased to have it as my neightborhood restaurant.

Went on friend birthday party in Soho. Actually I was very disappointed of customer service in this place. First time I was even scared to ask someone from stuff about my order.
No one even smiles or says stupid thank you.
I was there first and definitely last time.
Food wasn’t great too, like better fast food, disgusting chicken.
Feel bad for my friend birthday dinner unfortunately.

As a regular customer in Hammersmith, I can say that the food is really good as well as the prices.

The staff can some times bring you the wrong dish, so when you order make sure that you show them what you want by pointing it on the menu.

If they ask you if you want glass of water and you say no, but they still bring it to you, you don't have to drink it and don't worry, is free.

Depending on the staff's current mood, they some times accept AMEX but some times they don't. Last time they admitted that they can take the AMEX payment, but they won't do it because they don't want to.

Some times they include service charge in the bill, some times they don't. It is good idea to check what is actually on the bill before you pay.

I would recommend the place because if it's authentic look and feel and the fact that the food is really good.

Eat Tokyo l am very regular customer Holborn brunch today round 2:00 me and my son been to eat Tokyo food is good but service very bad one of manager or supervisor answer was shocking l ask for cutlery more than 3 times no one care about customer l ask pint of lager 2 times my food was very late no one cone to me let me know my food lates very aggressive waiter

Always a long queue, even in horrible winter and quiet days, and no not because they are busy, you will be surprised once you get in, Half empty. That's their way of attracting customers, on top of that, not the best service at all, no one smile at you. Food is inexpensive though but the wait outside makes it worthless.
