they want allow to change password. it is a very painful process it seems, after resetting password they ask me to call on 18663033229 and verify security code, i called it says invalid number. i tried to get help on their website but no they don't have any such option to address my issue.

Shocking shocking shocking. I am not selling anything on ebay again. Holding funds for 14 days. I have no disputes and have 100% customer satisfaction. I send all my items 1st class recorded delivery. Have verified and confirmed bank details. Why on earth do they need to hold my funds for 14 days.

Worst Experience Ever. Giving customer fresh products can make your service much better as it took soo many days to resolve the refund issues. Also It can be better if Communication service is two way.

Worst customer care, ethics and professionalism.
dont believe in Customer care but frustrates customer to such a level that the customer stops asking or followup for genuine refund case.
dont have list of standard courier companies they recognize and when return was sent using FirstFlight i was told that I didnt sent using standard courier company.... they find reasons and delays to reject refund claims.
tells on Friday evening that next 2 days we should provide information else claim will be marked rejected.
avoid ebay India, especially if you are expecting return refund... its all showoff irrespective how much genuine your case is and what all documents you provide.
Communication is also one way ... you can not reply to the email to keep all information in 1 single email thread .... smart people :)

FAKE ITEMS WITH FAKE EBAY GUARANTEE: I never imagined a brand like eBay would be so deceptive. I bought what was advertised as a "SAMSUNG" charger for my 84 year old mother who lives in India. It turned out to be a fake. Basically caused a short circuit and caused the power board to burn down. I contacted the seller who admitted fault, accepted my claim advised me to claim under the Ebay guarantee.

Guess what? Ebay Guarantee was as FAKE as the so called Samsung Charger. They rejected a claim under their Guarantee even though the Seller accepted the claim.

Their customer service is non-existent. Most of their links don't work.

Another thing I noticed was that items kept getting added automatically to my cart! Their customer service was again useless in dealing with the issue - I think the eBay account has no security features and is probably hacked when you're online.

"Not only poor quality of your HERBAL HILS SOLD BY EBAY(krouchbeej) which has caused damage to my health.has lead to my bad NAME TO eBay. I have also given poor feedback for your behavior.and if my complaint is not resolved by eBay and I will complain about your poor quality of products with proof of my doctor to food authority, medicine authorities IN INDIA against eBay for selling your products and allowing you to sell bad quality medicine on its eBay website. shame on eBay and you for playing with life and health of customers."

The product delivered by Ebay have always been found duplicate/ fake. On returning the product I never got refund despite the assurance. This has happened twice with me. Very bad experience with Ebay online shopping. Please think twice while purchasing online from Ebay.

This company sucks they charged me for a new memory card showed a different advertisement on website and took money from me.. However this idiots never bothered to call me back ... when i chat with them they say only thing contact the seller.
