Company has been dissolved for years, so no idea what these recent reviews are for. Website/phone doesn't work for a reason.

The delivery was fine, however immediately after I used the product I experience severe headache, dizziness, and discomfort on my chest. I have no heart problems except the tinnitus. After trying for the third time, I immediately emailed my concern to the their support email. I received a response immediately and followed the link to process the refund request. They offered 75% for me to keep the product but I declined. My order totaled to $583.00, and am willing to return all the unopened bottles. After submitting my refund request, I followed up several times through email but I didn’t get any response. I even called Cartapanda and they said it was already after the time limit. How could it be if I received the order on 10/3 and emailed the cancellation and request for refund on 10/7. There was no response on my emails after that onetime they sent me the link to process the refund. I am stacked with very expensive and worthless bottles of echofree. I do not recommend this product to anyone. Poor customer service, poor refund process, very unsatisfactory overall experience. Please stop supporting this company and don’t be a victim like me.

They didn’t post the order. Tried emailing and all emails bounced (tried 3 and even replying to their own emails). Tried calling both numbers and couldn’t get through over 3 days.
They then emailed saying they’re cancelling the order. Total waste of time

I brought 2 bottles of echo free for my 88 year old father. He used 1 bottle and he said his ears were worse. The only reason I brought echofree was because of the money back guarantee because there are so many scams out there I thought my father was safe buying from them. He is on a fixed income and $178 is a lot money. I have been trying to get a refund for 1 month. I sent the product back on August 13th 2025. I took a picture of it at the post office and emailed it back to the address they sent me. Then they sent me two emails with phone numbers to contact a coach for my father. He is 88 yrs old he does not know how to use zoom. So the bottom line is this company is a scam DON’T believe them when they say MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Now when I try to email them it doesn’t go through. SCAM

On the 1st of December I ordered some supplements and paid for next day delivery and 2 weeks on I still haven't received them . Its in possible to get in touch with anyone there

I have used Echo on and off for years. They used to be based near me so I used to visit the store, but then they moved to the north east. I can still get hold of someone on the phone and the mail service is reliable.

Very quick delivery! I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my purchase, when I was trying to create a account on the website it wouldn’t send me the confirmation code to log in to track my parcel and also emails were bouncing back and phone line wouldn’t call, all that with then reading some negative reviews online I decided to submit a refund request, maybe a little early, bad on my part! Anyway I need to amend this, I still don’t know how I can get in contact with you so hopefully you see this! Let me know, thank you very much for the speedy delivery

paid for next day delivery but the items never arrived.
they are unresponsive to emails and the phone number doesn't work. I only got my items over a week later once I made a complaint to paypal who raised an investigation and contacted them. When i recieved the items it appears they were sent from a completely different company unrelated to Echo supps. Stay clear

Probably one of the worse places to order, ive tried getting into contact with them, no reply.

Ordered my product over 2 weeks ago, money has gone out of my bank but no product, email, etc.

I paid extra for dpd delivery and no luck.

Ok, can’t update my previous review so here is another. Nearly three weeks after placing order and I still didn’t receive product. If that’s not enough, there was only short, rude respond to my early email: “You’ll get your package next week”. That was almost two weeks ago. Since then, I have sent few emails and received no response. Will go through the card company to get refund. This company was always slow but now seems they are scammers and nothing else. Won’t buy anything anymore from them.
