Ordered on a Sunday

Ordered on a Sunday. Still not been dispatched as of the Tuesday midnight. Not even a courtesy call to explain why. I remember this happened before with them. Should of learned my lesson. Poor
Update- order dispatched at 5pm on Thursday. Think my 1 star was well justified. If I could give zero I would of. U have lost a customer of over 2 years. 👋

Hi Nick,
It says on your order confirmation email, and on the product page ( right next to the add to cart button ) that the Cardarine you ordered is out of stock and estimated dispatch is 2-3 Working Days. Your order isn't late it will be sent out on schedule and if this isn't possible then we will of course give you a courtesy call to see if an alternative would be suitable.

A 1 Star rating when the order is currently on time as per the estimate that is on your email confirmation does not feel like a fair review.

Update - I'm sorry you feel that a 1 day delay justifies a zero star review if you could - your order came in Sunday night with a 2-3 working day estimate ( which shows on the product page and your confirmation email, of which I've checked the copy ) and it was dispatched on day 4, as our supplier has quite a few staff on furlough and is shipping less regularly.

Still Waiting !!

Disappointed being asked to make a review now when my supplements have still not arrived after 10 days!
My hopes were up this morning when I received an email saying my order has been despatched.
However I’ve just checked my emails and now I’m being told my order is cancelled and and a refund will be in my account within 5 days.
What is going on!!
Been with echo for quite a while now and never had an issue so let’s hope there is an explanation and I’m sorted soon as I don’t want to go elsewhere.

Your order is on the way ( https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/FQ922592208GB ) and due for delivery today. I'm sorry for any confusion the refund was a 10% goodwill refund due to the delay on getting the order to you on time.

Been buying my stock for years with this company, very competitive on price, great communications and coupled with good customer service! Speedy delivery at great prices. Can’t praise them more!

Great customer service

Great prices, delivery times and service. Had an out of stock item that would be delivered separate of the other items and they took the time to phone and let me know and sent the other items straight away. Wish all companies were like this

I can see that your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail but seems to have stopped ( see https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LP451012012GB ) I would assume at this stage that this is a Brexit related problem but will look into it and get back to you.
