Can you give negative stars?
Can you give negative stars? I would never use this company again. Two adults at the property and one couldn't tell the other that the box needed to be emptied and put back in its original place so I paid £130 for a report which was completely useless.

Dear Jacqui,
We are sorry to see you have reviewed us in this way. As previously explained clerks do not unpack boxes for tenants, tenants are required to put all items back in place as per the inventory. If they do not this is chargeable to the tenant. Clerks can revisit if required to unpack stored items. We did offer to revisit free of charge but this was declined. The clerk did follow the procedure that is in our disclaimer and common to all inventory companies but we are sorry that this was not to your satisfaction on this occasion.

Great company
Having worked with Eclipse regularly for the last year and a half I would definitely recommend them!
Eleanor & Oli in the office are always available to respond to any bookings & queries, and Leigh-Hazel gets the reports sent over quickly.
Clerks Mo, JP & Emma are on time, accurate, and get good feedback from our customers.
Will definitely use again.

I have no reservations about recommending Eclipse Inventories, the team are so reliable and always do their best to assist us at every turn (i.e. last minute jobs, change of times etc.)
They offer a professional and reliable service throughout, from their booking agents to their inventory clerks, and documents are always sent on promptly and impeccably.
Massive thanks to the Eclipse Inventories Team for all your help this year, you have been brilliant. I'll definitely be using you again all throughout 2019!
