I ordered a costume for Halloween and paid for express shipping. It is December 8th and I still have yet to receive the costume. They will not respond to emails. Basically they stole $150 from me, I would not recommend them to anyone.
Stay far far away from these scam artists. Mediocre quality and terrible customer service. They will lie about delivery times and then go silent when you try dispute. They also dont refund, had to go through my bank to get my money back. so stay away from them
At checkout I selected a shipping option that stated I would receive my item within 4-5 days. Which I payed a premium for as I wanted my costume to arrive before Halloween. It ended up taking 12 days to come and I received it on the 1st of November. This is absolutely unacceptable! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I paid a premium price for delivery explicitly advertised as “Guaranteed to arrive before Halloween”. I placed the order well in advance and yet the item did not arrive in time for Halloween.
When I contacted the company they responded in a bullying and dismissive manner, outright denying that they ever promised delivery before Halloween, despite the clear statement at point of purchase.
This is completely unacceptable, false advertising, broken promises, and appalling customer service.
I would strongly urge anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. They clearly don’t honour their guarantees, and when challenged they treat customers with disrespect rather than taking responsibility. Dreadful company.
BEWARE BUYER! Another company giving the impression of being here in the USA, but they are clearly based and ship from China. $45 for expedited shipping because it is China! No contact, just email. Should have known. At least we should receive our product today. WHO knows what it is made of and the quality. Tired of websites looking legit, but really hiding they are based in China. Another Chinese company took payment, but we never received the product. Shameful.
