I bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses and I received them in only 4 days (Slovenia). I was a bit sceptical that I was scammed after reading some of the reviews, but as I received email confirmation of the purchase, I figured I'd let it be and see what happens (I paid with PayPal). Delivery was even faster than predicted in purchase confirmation, sunglasses are just as advertised on the webpage and with certificates. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I have to give these guys a 5 star…

I have to give these guys a 5 star review. Off the bat, just based on some of the reviews I thought I had been scammed or fed B.S. from the go because they were super quick to charge my card, but I figured I'd let it be till/if they showed up, at this time I was still super skeptical. I ordered my Carrera's on the eve of May 31, 2022 and by June 1st I had received a notification that they had been shipped....from freakin HAMBURG, GERMANY! They said they would have them to me by June 3rd which I originally thought was a long shot FOR SURE.
Sure as hell, I was out running errands and got a notification they had been delivered. So, I went home got 'em all unpacked and verified. Turns out, they are another legit pair of Carrera's, just like my others! Super stoked on the delivery and promptness from these guys!

Geen support, slechte kwaliteit Porsche design Polarized

Een Porsche design Polarized zonnebril gekocht (> 200 euro!). Binnen een half jaar de binnenkant van de glazen een soort plastic laag helemaal aan het bladderen en loslaten echt een slechte kwaliteit. Dit heb ik nog nooit met mijn Raybans Polarized gehad en die waren nog goedkoper ook. Aangegeven bij Edel-optics en ik mocht de bril terugsturen ivm garantie. Na het opsturen kreeg ik dezelfde bril direct weer terug zonder enige uitleg. Gemaild met uitleg en foto’s en geen enkele reactie meer. Echt super vaag. Zonde koop hier natuurlijk nooit meer en raad dit ook aan voor andere mocht je nog twijfelen! Voel me belazerd door Porsche design en Edel-Optics die geen support leveren als er problemen zijn met hun producten.

Horrible company

Horrible company, ordered a pair of sunglasses at the start of January, got my confirmation, waited for the day of the delivery only for no one to come, no letter no package, nothing. They didn’t even have the decency to send me an email to tell me what happen. I wrote to them to ask what happen, why didn’t I ever get my package and they told me they didn’t have the model that I bought. This was January 26th. Since then I wrote to them 4-5 times and got no response, same when I tried to call them. If I get my order I will never buy from them again, if I don’t get it I want my money back and I’ll never buy from them again still.

Communicatie?

Produkt geleverd, maar communicatie is uitgesloten. Het lijkt onmogelijk om dingen bespreekbaar te maken, laat staan correcties in de bestelling aan te brengen... Geen aanrader. Voor €5 minder in prijs haal je een groter bedrag aan hoofdpijn binnen.

DO NOT BUY!

I bought a Ray ban last March because it was on sale unfortunately it has not yet delivered it is still on processing. I emailed them and tried calling them but no one is responding. They responded twice only telling me that their supplier has not given them an update and told me that I can just cancel my order if I can not wait. I wonder if it is out of stock but If the item is not available or out of stock why it is still available on your site and its back on its original price???

Customer service is non exsistent

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses 2 weeks ago and have still not heard anything about my order. I have contacted customer service numerous times and still haven't heard back. Appauling customer service!

2 pairs of sunglasses lost in transit

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses from them in February. The galsses have shipped and have been in the same place (Frankfurt) for the last month.

No answer from the customer service department, and email after email goes unaswered.

Horrible customer service.

Disgusting customer services

I bought sunglasses, I received completly different model (with receipt for someone in Germany) and for a week I cant get any reply from Edel Optics. No reply for english email, no reply for german email, no reply on call line.

Avoid this company at all cost!

Aningen oroväckande att det står på sidan att jag gjort 3 beställningar då 2 av dem inte gick att betala. Vill avbryta både beställningen och kontot, men det är ju omöjligt att göra på egen hand eller när man inte får något svar!

I've been waiting for a response from support regarding my email for over 2 weeks now. The coupon could not be applied when I wanted placed my order, but of course it has expired now due to the long wait.

If the coupon could not be applied at the time of ordering, it was possibly because you had an already discounted price via google shopping. It might also have been because discount codes often do not apply to lenses or items from our Boutique store.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I purchased a pair of sun glasses in May last year and suddenly 9 months later I received an invoice from UPS! It was never part of the deal with edel-optics that I would have to pay tax/duty on top of the price paid for the glasses. I ordered the glasses on their Norwegian web-site for delivery in Norway. I contacted customer service February 2nd, and 21 days later the matter has still not been resolved. Edel-optics is still just waiting for UPS to respond. I have called Edel-optics several times and was promised that they would call me back. However, that did not happen. I do not recommend others to buy anything from Edel-optics.

Respons to Edel Optics from me on their April 14th answer: How will you go about to cover the cost? I paid the invoice myself weeks ago since you did not respond before now, April 14th. So again, I recommend no one to order goods from you.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They shipped the package from Germany to the US with incomplete customs documents, shipment was returned to sender. They immediately issued a refund without contacting me or explaining what happened. No response to my emails either. I had to wait for a backordered pair for over a month, and the result is still 0. I do not need a refund, I need my frames! Very unprofessional. Steer clear of this outfit.
