Waited for Tom Ford glasses for two months, told out of stock. They’ve now written to say they’ve applied for insolvency and will not be refunding my money.

Complete rip-off merchants - avoid at all costs cos despite the above, they are still taking orders!

Waited for two months for some tom ford frames now the refund hasnt happen in a week and by the look of it no answer from them and seems others have even longer waits that i have, few years aho they were good but now it not as good anymore

One of the worst responses to fulfilling orders I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Ordered Tom Ford glasses and paid for express delivery. On the anniversary of the delivery (2wks from order date) I received an email informing me that due to technical issues at the manufacturers there would be a delay of up to 3 to 4 weeks. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund. No response forthcoming I called directly. CS excuses ranged from technical difficulties in dealing with refunds through the website to refunds having to be approved by management which would take a further 4 to 6 weeks to process. I tried to contact head office but all roads lead back to the same person in customer services. No resolve but really concerned that this company is acting illegally. Beware!!

I purchased an order for a glass frame at the end of September then I was informed that it is not in stock. After waiting for months I requested a refund in December and Edel-Optics confirmed the receipt of the requested bank details on 20th December. By the time, I have sent an email and reminder asking for update regarding to my refund though, still no payment received as of today (13th February). Such a poor service! I do not recommend to anyone!!!!

I still wait for my ray ban sunglasses and after seeing the awful review I am really worried for the delivery. It was supposed to arrive until today, but I received an email the provider has not delivered to them. No explanations when I will receive them… and it is the same as someone else had written before and I am really sorry I didn’t read the review before ordering and paying.

We ordered and paid for a pair of sunglasses, that edel-optics were unable to fulfil. They agreed to make a full refund. It took almost two months, despite us chasing them. Given they had agreed to make the refund, there was no good reason for the delay. Be very cautious in transferring any cash to them.

Very happy with my purchase! Paid express delivery and delivered in time!

Good range on the website!

However, I would recommend to improve their translation of the website depending on the country.

Ho comprato una clip da sole Tom Ford FT5532-B-CL-52G ad agosto 2022.
Dopo 5 mesi mi accorgo che la clip aveva perso un magnete.
Contatto il venditore che mi fa rispedire la clip in Germania.
Poco dopo (20 febbraio) mi scrive che riceverò una nuova clip entro 2-4 settimane.

SONO PASSATE 5 SETTIMANE E NON HO NE LA CLIP NE I MIEI SOLDI

IL VENDITORE SI RIFIUTA DI EMETTERE RIMBORSO.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It is a poorly managed company run by accountants vs. people who care about the customer experience. I ordered a set of frames, when they arrived I was out of town due to health issues. When I returned the frames were waiting for me and they were too large. I attempted to return but it was 9-days past the return deadline. I explained my situation and they still denided the return. A poor example of customer service by hanging their hat on an artbitrary policy.

UPDATE - Just learned the frames are COUNTERFEIT!!!! Supposed to be made in Germany actually made in CHINA!!! Paid full price-check your merchandise carefully! Fake goods.

This company failed to supply correct lenses in a £400 pair of prescription glasses. This company doesn't respond to emails or complaints via their 'Contact Us' portal, no customer service response at all! UK, phone number totally unreachable! Ordered Mallow (Purple) phototropic lenses and was sent clear lenses that are non reactive to sunlight. No response to three sent emails asking for an explanation, no offer of reconciling issue or partial refund. I can not recommend this company at all! UK buyers please beware! Now seeking legal recourse!

Company sells product that they don't have on the inventory and cannot get from suppliers. After pushing delivery date for a few times, I had to call them and they offered a refund. Refund was paid as agreed. After a few days, I checked the website and same product is still there for sale but they have told me that they will not be able honor the deal.

Initially I was hesitant with the mixed reviews I read but decided to give them a try. Excellent experience of my purchase, good communication and received my Tom Ford glasses delivery as promised via UPS promptly within a few days. I would highly recommend them. The best price on the internet. They are based in Hamburg.

I’ve been looking for a pair of Porsche Design P8478 for quite some time. Edel- Optics came up on the Google search with one of the lowest prices. At first I thought their price was too good to be true, and I was a little leery purchasing from Germany. After comparing Edel-optics to other online retailers, all in Germany too, I settled on Edel-Optics & I’m glad I did.
I purchased a pair of Porsche Design P8478’s with red tips and green polarized mirror lenses.I used PAYPAL just in case there was an issue.
I made my purchase on a Friday afternoon (GMT) and I received my sunglasses on the next Monday! 3 days later- from Germany !!
It was insanely fast shipping and delivery by UPS.
The sunglasses came exactly as described with all Authenticity/ warranty paperwork.

This was by far a great online shopping experience! Kuddos Edel-Optics, I will be purchasing all of my sunglasses from you in the future!

Intet problem.. Gratis retur - et døgn efter havde de modtaget dem ( fra DK til Hamburg) og satte straks mine penge ind på min konto samme dag :-)
Så det er også her jeg fremover køber solbriller til mig selv og kæresten som vi altid vi har gjort :-)

Ordered sunglasses, never to be heard of again. Tried to contact the customer service when there was no movement during 2+ weeks. No reply. So, I contacted my bank and will try to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

4 months - NO GLASSES, NO MONEY BACK, NO ANSWER.

Hi, my experience with Edel optics was pretty satisfying. I ordered one pair of Ray-Ban glasses and the shop offered 2 days delivery. Right in 2 days, no more no less, it was delivered by UPS courier. The glasses are 100% genuine with a mint brand new condition.

SCAM! Do not purchase from here. I bought sunglasses on 10th April, nearly 4 months later and they have no arrived. The keep emailing me supposed delivery dates and then nothing comes. I have emailed to ask for my money back 4 time. They have stopped responding and will not give me my money. do not use these people.

On the 29th June 2022 I ordered two pair of expensive frames without lenses, simple right? Well nearly Euro 700 later multiple calls and piles of emails! No response, I can only assume this company is insolvent or its a scam!
