Both me and my mum visited here on…
Both me and my mum visited here on Wednesday, 2nd June, she was looking for a electric wheelchair, the assistant Liz was very helpful, not pushy, letting mum take her time to decide, putting mum at ease, mum eventually bought a electric wheelchair, she was very happy with it, Liz was very nice to mum, general chit chat, overall a good experience

Called in the Bolton shop as a returning customer. Wanted to buy beds that I had previously enquired about. Since the enquiry last week the price had increased but Gina and Eden agreed to honour the previous price. Gina was an absolute pleasure to deal with and would definitely use the Bolton store and buy from Gina again.

Riser recliner chair…
My husband and I were trying to buy a riser recliner chair for his father who has just come home from hospital. The assistant Georgina was extremely helpful in sorting us out and making sure that the chair would be right for our needs. It was outstanding that the chair could be delivered in just a few days.

Great products and patient and understanding staff
Looking to buy a power chair and a walker for my mum from the Bolton Store. Mum has poor mobility and she was very well accommodated for. Georgina showed empathy and understanding. She supported us in ensuring the products were suitable for my mums needs. My mum was able to try out the different walkers and chairs and Georgina was extremely patient and so lovely with my mum. Great shop I will be recommending.

Hi, visited the Eden Mobility Bolton branch yesterday…..what a refreshing experience!
Georgina was so helpful & welcoming, she made us both feel at ease, explaining & demonstrating the numerous options, prices & availability of products.
We have chosen what we are thinking of buying, but her assistance was of great value.
When we haven’t chose made our choice, we will return to the Bolton branch.
Whatever you are doing at Bolton, keep it up, many places we have visited, always make us feel a little intimidated plus the layout & little homely touches make a difference, even down to the air fresheners.

I cannot thank Georgina at Eden Bolton enough for her incredible help. My mum has been struggling with disability issues, and Georgina went above and beyond to make everything easier for us. She provided excellent customer service and was so knowledgeable while helping us choose the right mobility scooter, recliner chairs, and a toilet commode. Visited the bolton eden mobility store this week and was greeted by a lady called Georgina who was very friendly and helpful. She gave some great advice on what aids would best suit my gran in her home to make life easier. Will definitely be back.
