Excellent purchase
The lovely young lady Grorgia was very attentive as we decided which chair to choose very knowledgable and demonstrated the mechanics of several chairs before we decided which one we would purchase .She was able to negotiate free delivery and a discount very pleased with the service we recieved .

New danger scooter and abused
Sold us a faulty scooter lied for
Months about it then the scooter almost killed us and kept being faulty while
John lied to us about the faults and treated us like low class people.
In the end we took legal action and the bank got our money back and we ditched the faulty Eden device back at Eden
We also contacted edens supplier and they also told us out dated stoke! Etc
Don’t use them
Eden no way ever again

Keith the person in the shop in Belle Vale so us very thing I needed how each things work . He was very helpful and polite it no trouble to talk to me and he made it easy for me to understand things. I would recommend them to EDEN Mobility.

Great experience…
I had spent all morning looking for something lightweight, nice to look at to support my walking. As soon I walked in Max at Skelmersdale assessed the request he knew what I wanted and the first model he brought out was perfect.
Very happy with purchase!

my mum is 92 and struggles with walking we went to look at mobilty scooters for her, her confidence was at rock bottom, but Carol at the Barnsley store was an absolute angel she spoke to mum and encouraged her to try the scooter taking time to explain everything and how things worked she was gentle with her approach giving mum all the time she needed to gain confidence to try to move about on the scooter, to our surpise mum liked it and decided to get one,thank you Carol your a superstar.

Georgina was so helpful & welcoming, she made us both feel at ease, explaining & demonstrating the numerous options, prices & availability of products.
We have chosen what we are thinking of buying, but her assistance was of great value.
When we haven’t chose made our choice, we will return to the Bolton branch.
Whatever you are doing at Bolton, keep it up, many places we have visited, always make us feel a little intimidated plus the layout & little homely touches make a difference, even down to the air fresheners.

Paul listened to what I was looking for after having a bad experience with another company he advised me to come in and talk with him once he got details of scooter he had suggested .He asked about budget and explained everything to me in easy to understand language making me feel more comfortable and just guided me to make a brilliant choice taking my needs into account. He made the process so much easier an asset to you company and 1st rate dealing with disabled people .

It's a daunting experience buying a stair lift, when you haven't done it before! We have received excellent customer service right from the start. John Bolton is our contact in HO, and he has arranged everything in a kind and caring manner. Our local man Neil at the North End branch in Portsmouth has been patient and professional, and my elderly aunt is very happy. She's looking forward to the installation of her stair lift and not dreading it. These people genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company if you have any mobility equipment needs.
