Assistant absolutely delightful, very reassuring, and supportive (first time admitting I required walking aid!!) Her attitude made the experience so much better.

I was treated with really well and very polite explaind everything clearly well which you could undetstand and the sevice was excelent.

Kirsty was so welcoming I'm 67 and my walking is getting worse and I got what I need at the price I could afford was shown how to use the rollator and I loved it thank you

Kate talked me through buying a new stroller as I needed one so I can sit down occasionally as I have broken back and get tired when walking long distances. A+++ Kate was brilliant.

A marvellous lady called Kate looked after me in a very inventive way when I was having trouble with the two walking sticks I have. She invented a way to make them more sturdy and was confident, helpful and wonderful all at the same time. Thank you very much. This was at the Bridlington branch near Marshal Avenue.

Kate and kirsty were absolutely brilliant in everything, they made a daunting visit a total pleasure. Extremely polite, extremely informative, I rattled off question after question and nothing was too much for them, they replied and explained everything in great detail. I was immediately put at ease by their delightful cheery smiles and welcome. I don't think they could have been any better, they were great. After my first experience with my last supplier I was very wary, it had been an awful 3yrs. But what a refreshing change to be made feel like I was an old friend, not just a customer. So with great satisfaction I am looking forward to my receiving my scooter from EDEN mobility. Thankyou ladies it was lovely to meet you both

I've been into Eden mobility the lady called kirsty was really helpful and rescpfull help me get a mobility scooter from bridlington now I can do my day to day life

Went about a mobility scooter the lady in the shop in bridlington whose name was kate was very helpfull went back a week after getting my scooter and bought a bag and once again was very helpfull lovely lady

Kate at Eden Mobility Bridlington was an absolute star in the service I received.
I wanted a new cover for my mum's mobility scooter as the old one was old and torn.
I wasn't sure of the size of the cover I needed but Kate got a scooter out on shop floor that I had described to her what my mum had and she kindly made sure it fit before I bought it.
Excellent friendly service.
