I brought a cane from here a few years ago and recently it broke (got stuck), Sophia was able to fix it within seconds, was very impressed!

Was in town and my scooter was making a strange sound i stop at Eden to see if it was anything to worry about Sophia was so helpful and told me that it's all ok witch made me feel better that the scooter was not going to brake down on me keep up the good work Sophia a+++

Needed a walking stick, Quick google search and found Eden Mobility in Derby, Sophia was very helpful explaining different canes, and how to set correct length, will recommend to anyone needing mobility aids.

Sophia was friendly and helpful with explaining the different types of aids I was looking for my father. He is happy with the choices we made.

Came into the Derby store last week and met a super young woman called Sophia who has just started. She sold me a mobility scooter that fitted my needs. Returned the day after delivery as it was faulty. She dealt with this straight away and resolved this for me straight away with a replacement. This has helped me greatly along with Paul who was there to assist virtually.

We found our visit to the Derby shop very informative and helpful. Sophia was friendly and professional.

Jamie Green at St Peters Street Branch in Derby were we visited today 6th June 2025, went above and beyond. I wanted to purchase a matching pair of riser duel recliners, the one I chose was the last one in store, but after he made numerous phone calls managed to source the exact one in Mansfield shop. Jamie organised for this to be transported to Derby for the delivery team to collect both for our delivery. Couldn't have asked for a better service, polite and very helpful. Thankyou Jamie Green looking forward to our delivery.

From my initial call to the Derby store to my visit this morning, Danielle was pleasant & helpful & knowledgeable of the products i needed to purchase for my father in law

My husband and I visited Eden in Derby on 1st April. My husband has a manual wheelchair but he wanted a powered one. Danielle was very helpful, took all our details and arranged for a home visit the following Tuesday. My husband had about 3 phone calls on the Monday before our home visit to check his requirements so that they could bring out the correct chairs. Dan was very helpful on the phone and told him Mike would call tomorrow to let him know when he’d be with us. Mike called and told us he’d be with us around 12pm and he was. When he arrived he introduced himself, asked if he should take his shoes off and shook our hands. He explained everything to us, gave us his advice on what would work best for my husband’s needs and then bought the chair in. He didn’t rush us and let my husband have a go in the chair. He told us pros and cons for both the chairs he suggested and let us decide which one we preferred. After we’d decided he completed all the paperwork and left us with the chair. Told us if we needed anything just ring. All the people we dealt with were great, professional, helpful and friendly.

Went to Derby store to buy a manual wheelchair, good range and brilliant help from Danielle.

Danielle was very helpful and advised me of the equipment I needed. She was very professional and sorted every thing out.
