Helpful and informative
We arrived to the Holderness Road store today and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming lady called Davina. We explained what we were after and she went above and beyond to help us and even arranged a price match deal for us for an item we needed but we're unable to take away today from another supplier. We left with what we needed and some great advice. Thanks again Davina

No customer service at all
No customer service at all . No communications regarding any repairs I as a customer have to ALWAYS chase up my repairs . Then engineers don't have the right parts . And always trying to claim on the insurance costing the customer all the time . If you haven't been in an accident and its wear and tear it cist nothing

Refurbished stair lift
I have just had my starlift fitted by Callum of Eden Mobility, he has done a great job and left the worksite clean and tidy, I am over the moon, no more struggling on the stairs for me...

Excellent customer service
I have been in many a time to the store and i have been greated by a friendly face who sits in her and is always happy to help with any customer enquiries when needed and is also happy to help and get repairs done as quickly as possible when there is a tight deadline and Debbie always provides excellent customer service and support with enquires

First class service, with a smile and patient.
Went in for a new walking cane to help my mam regain her confidence. As soon as she saw a Rollator she wanted it. Debbie & Steve were so patient with us, while I asked her to walk up and down the store, checking she was able, and happy to use it. Both were friendly & approachable, and put mam at ease immediately to ask other questions. Very informative and knowledgeable. A pleasure to visit this store. I have not seen my mam smile like she did in years - thank you.

Kathryn was so kind and helpful
Kathryn was so kind and helpful. I honestly did not go in for a rollator ...mainly because I have been trying to pretend I don't need one but it's honestly the best option for me and she helped me feel okay about needing one. Could not be happier about my purchase. She spent a lot of time adjusting it til it was just right and after leaving the store I walked further than I have in months and without being in a lot of pain (okay it was most people's idea of popping down the shop but was a long way for me).

I visited the Eden shop in Hull…for a mobility scooter
I visited the Eden shop in Hull 06/06/24, and Debbie was fantastic , she was happy , polite , chatty , and so helpful, I felt like she was a long time friend of mine by the time I left , she is an employee to be proud of, I had to go back on 07/06/24 as I couldn’t work out how to sign for my mobility scooter , Debbie did it in 2 minutes thank you Debbie you were a fantastic help once again

Brilliant Service
Debbie and Sammy were superb. Their appreciation of my wife's needs relating to a mobility scooter was spot on. Even the test drive included a visit to a clothes shop to test manoeuvrability. Well done all.
