Went into your Mansfield store, needed some advice on mobility scooters was seen by your assistant Paul Wilson who I must say was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable, easy to understand and nothing was too much trouble, a credit to Eden Mobility, will certainly recommend going to Eden Mobility Mansfield to my family & friends, thank you for a really good customer experience, which I am afraid doesn’t happen very often these days

Walking stick purchase
We bought a walking stick and were served by Paul Wilson. We have been helped by Paul before and he is a friendly, knowledgeable member of staff. He demonstrates everything we have bought and is very reassuring to my 91 year old mum . He is a credit to your organisation.

Had some very good advise today from Lisa. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable and took her time to explain. Shopping for a mobility scooter and didn't feel rushed at all was in shop about 2 hours test riding several scooters- didn't feel pressured at all to buy, but will be buying from them as felt confident in this shop and advisor Lisa
