A wonderful experience
Sarah at Eden mobility completely turned our day around…after travelling over an hour to be let down by another company, we were directed to Sarah by a colleague in another store and she was amazing! Informative, helpful, friendly, accommodating and so respectful. It’s been a pleasure to meet her and she has really helped us to find the perfect scooter for us, I can’t recommend her highly enough ☺️

My mum and i popped into this store 08/08/2026 and i can not thank Debbie enough for her help and patience with my mum. The pros and cons of each model were explained in detail to us, in an easy to understand way, Debbie was pleasant and knowledgeable resulting in an easier than expected experience for us. PS She has a great sense of humour (she needed it!)

Power wheelchair
I purchased a power wheelchair from Eden mobility North Point Centre. Sarah was fantastic; she arranged for a home visit so that my husband could try it out at home.
After the sale, I had a couple of queries so popped back to the shop and Sarah talked me through the workings of the chair once more. Sarah is brilliant and has great knowledge of the products. I would highly recommend Eden. Thanks once again Sarah!

I was looking for a scooter
I was looking for a lightweight, easy to use scooter, and my son told me about the Eden Mobility shop in North Point Shopping Centre.
I visited, and talked with the lovely shop staff member Sarah. She showed me a scooter, talked me and my son how it came apart to get it in the car. She then helped order the one I selected.
I’d highly recommend Eden, as they are friendly, accommodating and very helpful.

Went in to the shop on 30/05 with my…
Went in to the shop on 30/05 with my father to get a mobility scooter after shopping around. We found that Debbie and Sarah were absolutely brilliant, letting him try different scooters and were not pushy at all and listened to our every need. I would fully recommend this shop and especially these ladies.

Great staff
Hi would like to leave this review because the staff are so friendly and accommodating me and the mother inlaw went in to have he Scotter look at and was no good too much to repair so Sarah & Debbie was on it and did us a big deal on a need Scotter and made us a lovely cuppa the staff do go out of there way would recommend them and they know there stuff for all your need just go there regards big boy bri and mo x
