Carol helped us select a rollator for my daughter. She demonstrated how to open it and fold it to go in the car.All this was delivered with a smile.

The lady was really lovely .
I was apprehensive about buying a walking aid , as in my 70s it makes you feel the age thing approaching .
She didn't rush us , ir pressure us .
She knew her products and passed it on .
I would certainly go back to the shop again when I need more help

Visited today tu purchase a walling frame I had seen advertised on Edens website.Carol assistant was very polite and was able to show me what I was after. A very pleasant and knowledgeable lady she was able to answer all my queries. A purchase was made.

Visited on Saturday 13th December…
Visited on Saturday 13th December purely just for quotes. Carol was very welcoming and happy to show us around and gave us a brochure to take away. Carol wasn’t pushy which I liked. After visiting a few mobility shops in Sheffield we decided to go back to Eden due to the competitive price and quality. Today I’ve ordered a bespoke bed, table, hand rail and commode. Carol was happy to help and offered some discount which was very much appreciated. If I need anything for my Mum I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Eden and speak with Carol.

Purchasing a rollator
I visited the shop with my Mum on Friday the 28th Nov to look at walkers/ rollators. We were served by Carol - who was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We were guided through the different options, until my Mum was happy with her choice, we were able to take home the rollator (rather than place an order). Highly recommend the shop - and Carol was excellent!

Happy Customer
Carol was so patient when we came into the store with my sister to try out a powered wheelchair. She explained all the pros and cons of the various chairs, gave my sister chance to try them out, and made sure that the one she picked was suitable for her needs.
In addition, we were only waiting a couple of days for the chair to be delivered.

I visited eden mobility Sheffield, on 2 occasions. First staff member Carol was very helpful with answering my questions. I left with a brochure to decide at home. Then on the second visit, the staff member was steph she was most helpful in demonstrating the Eden Atom I purchased on the 30/9/25

Halifax Road Eden mobility
Went into Halifax Road Eden mobility shop. Was greeted by 2 lovely ladies. The manager showed me a few electric wheelchairs for when my sister may need one with her having cancer, she is not ready yet to buy one so was just getting information in case she will need one. Was asked if I wanted a drink which was very nice but declined. The shop is a very friendly place to go and not get pressed but together the best information on products that you are looking at.

We called in on Wednesday 9/10/2025 with our cousin Linda who had never sat in a Risers recline chair , not ready to buy at this stage … both ladies were supportive,informative , sensative , and never pushed us to buy ….
The support ,price , and information together with the quality chair was so good we returned the following day and made a purchase of a chair .
After a warm welcome , we left Linda sat in her chair to complete the purchase …
Tea was supplied , prices discussed and the purchase was completer.
Eden mobility is so much more than a shop it’s a service to support those in our society who are vulnerable and frail , for us that made the purchase right for us .
I can’t thank the Sheffield ladies enough , we arrived as customers left as friends … thank you so much
