The lady called Liz was very helpful when I went into the shop buy a new walker she explained every very clearly to me and I am very happy with the walker I bought I would recommend the washington shop to anybody

We went in to get a bag for the scooter and Liz in the shop was very good

Seriously bad after sales and misold us a mobility scooter no demo no brochure delivered to door no demo nothing wasn't any use to my wife waiting five weeks now for a refund,I'm a member of disability UK and have notified them a disgrace

What fantastic service we received from Lisa today when my mum purchased her 1st electric scooter/chair. You made her feel at ease and I can’t thank you enough for the patience you showed my mum and dad.

Liz was extremely helpful during our visit to Eden mobility. She took the time to show us all of the chairs available and was patient while we tested them. We’re very happy with the rise & recline chair we settled on – great comfort at a good price too.

Visited Lisa at Eden mobility, the Galleries, Washington. I was looking to purchase a mobility scooter as my COPD is worsening. Lisa gave a First class service. She was very empathetic & personable and asked relevant questions to understand exactly what I wanted & explained clearly the scooters which would suit my needs. She gave me the chance to try out the scooters & then allowed me time to think, digest & decide which one I was most comfortable with. There was no hard sell. Lisa was patient & kind & armed me with all the information to allow me to make my own decisions. I wish other shops & assistants would learn from the experience I had that day with Lisa & Eden mobility. First class service, first class staff. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to receiving my scooter & enjoying the freedom to go on family day outings & dog walks again.

We went to look for a mobility scooter for my husband that would fit in the boot of the car. The customer service we received from Anthony and Liz was fantastic, they were very friendly whilst also being very informative and we were shown everything we needed to know about the scooter we chose from dismantling to reassembly to battery charging etc… We would highly recommend this store.

I found your shop by accident i was looking for a mobility shop for awhile when i visited the shop i saw that they supplied riser recliner chairs i bought one on the spot. the staff could not be more helpful they where very patient with me as i have difficulty in walking.

Mike specialist came to house this afternoon he was professional really friendly showed me how to use my power wheelchair had a little test drive on it too
He was really good explaining how to use wheelchair and explained about the batteries can't believe he has 3 hour drive from north East to Grimsby

Amazing to be able to find Eden Mobility in Washington Galleries where my sister and I shopped today for a wheelchair for our Mam! Liz was so helpful and rang the manufacturer to find the answer to a question we had, which wasn’t answered in the brochure! We bought the wheelchair and wheeled it happily to the car and to my Mam’s!!

I've been in several times and met both Antony and Liz. Both are willing and able to show you the products and offer info and answer questions. They are both lighthearted and speak with a genuine smile that is real (you can tell when it's a "professional" face, after all). I could have ordered online but chose to go back and see them as it was them that sold it to me not the website. Recommend eden mobility no end and hope they are around for a long time. There's a good range of things and I'll definitely be back..
