Awful delivery service
Please stay away from this company. I ordered a HydraHub unit with two bottles of water, for home use. I am pleased with the unit and quality of water. BUT, when it was time to order new bottles of water, that is when the fun and games started. Ordered on Monday 13/04/26 for next day delivery. Today is Thursday 16/04/26, no delivery and no tracking information. Telephoned customer support and spoke to a few pleasant lady, called Olga. She assured me that she would sort this out today. After 8 hours, I heard nothing, so I telephoned again. No information at all. I explained that the unit is no use to me, if I can't receive water and I wish to return the HydraHub for a full refund. Olga said, someone will ring me tomorrow, I won't hold my breath.
Gone from bad to worse
Since the start of 2026 this company has gone further down hill with order and delivery issues. Orders vanishing from systems, deliveries not showing up, terrible communication. Latest incident, placed an order on the 8th, received email confirmation. Call up a week later to find out where said order is to be told it is not showing on their system. Apparently a lot of customers had issues placing orders last week but no one from Eden bothered to let customers know of this issue.
Unreliable
We use Eden as our office water supplier - we rent coolers from them and have monthly deliveries of bottles for those coolers. Sometimes they turn up when scheduled and sometimes they don't. As I write this, I've been on hold for 18 minutes (and counting) waiting to ask them what happened to our delivery that was scheduled to arrive 6 days ago.
I used to order extra bottles so that it wouldn't matter too much if they didn't show up the following month - wish I'd thought to do that last month.
One plus is that their customer service people are always very friendly and apologetic on the phone (when they answer!).
Lack of water and no one is answering the phones
We have called numerous times and emailed our account manager but we are still without water and have been for over 2 weeks. This seems to happen every month.
Contact not so good!
We had a problem with the hot water machine leaking hot water all over my worktop and floor. I contacted the company on 10th February 2026. An engineer came but couldn't fix it!
I eventually cancelled my contract and asked for the machine to be picked up.
I am still waiting on the machine to be picked up as they were supposed to come yesterday but no show and no response from the company!! Over a month I have now waited!

Chris Cameron, who delivers to Cappers Lane Compound is so very helpful. Considering that I am an older female he does all the lifting, he is very pleasant and always on time. We have never ever had any problems with our water delivery since Chris has been doing it. The man deserves a medal.

Delivery issue
They provided good water but the delivery is sucks. It says delivery next day but it’s been a week, I still haven’t hear from them about the delivery. I had the same issue in a year back and return try again, unfortunately it doesn’t seem improving.

Terible Company
This company is terible at delivering water, when the've deceided not to deliver our water making me call them to try to get them to book another delivery which they say they do but then you get no delivery! this has happened on so many occaision I'm now trying to get my company to find another supplier

Shocking
Another update on our review from 29th May, vending machine is still not working. Staff tell me someone will come and fix it and they are very sorry, but seriously.

Poor service
Engineer came in to carry out a sanitisation of the machine. Spent ten minutes working on it before asking for me to sign his electronic device.
I asked him for paperwork but as usual he didn't have any saying I didn't need any as I had just watched him change the filter and that the old one was in the bin.
I tried to explain that I need an audit trail for Health and Safety purposes but he just stood there arguing.
When I asked him if he would expect paperwork to prove his car had been serviced he said that was different but didn't offer any explanation as to why.
In 2025 we all have to satisfy our adherance to Health and Safety but this company just don't seem to get it

Awful Company
We have used Eden Springs to supply our companies water for approx 2 years now. It has got progressively worse, we are now at the point where we've been without water for 4 weeks - I have raised multiple multiple complaints, the company don't even follow their complaints process. Even had the customer services manager ring me but now cannot get an answer from him either. Please please avoid this company, there is a reason it is cheap! They will also try to charge you for the monthly rent of the machines - even when you can't use them due to having no water!

Terrible service
Terrible service.
We regularly don’t get our water delivery and receive an email saying thank you for contacting us to cancel your delivery. I can only guess that the delivery driver is doing this so they don’t have to work.
The guy who comes to service the water cooler creates so much mess in my clinic. Leaves the cooler with dirty smears all over it, walks mud through my clinic and then took a poo in my toilet and wee’d over the floor.
