I recently had an experience with Efavormart that I feel other customers should be aware of.

The website advertises “Free Returns,” but I learned that free returns apply only if you accept store credit. If you request a refund, you are responsible for return shipping costs. In my case, returning large backdrop stands and event equipment would have cost over $160 in shipping.

Since the company is located in City of Industry, I asked whether I could drop off the items in person to avoid high shipping fees. I was informed that they are unable to accept in-person returns at their warehouse, even though returns must still be shipped to that location.

For customers purchasing large or heavy items, this is an important detail to understand before ordering. I believe the return policy should be made clearer so buyers can make fully informed decisions.

I hope this feedback helps improve transparency for future customers.

I LOVE the plates I ordered. They were sold as disposable, but I washed them and will use them again! Very easy to place an order with Efavormart and my order was received quickly. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful jars and shipping was fast

Efavormart did not honor their own return policy. Their policy via Amazon states "Our Hassle-Free Returns Promise... If return shipping costs exceed $30, please contact the Seller for an alternate resolution." We attempted several times to get help with an alternate resolution due to high return shipping costs. They kept sending us the same shipping label and no further help bringing the cost down. I wasted a lot of time going back and forth to print labels and to wait in line at the post office. Now, I only buy items shipped by Amazon so I know the return policy will be straightforward.

I appreciate your quick service and I love the sales that you have otherwise things are a little too expensive for me. But I do love the fast turnaround time.
