Item as Described, Really Good Price and Fast Shipping

It was priced right, it shipped fast and it is exactly what I was looking for.

I placed my order on August 7th and they informed me that my order would be delivered by the 13th. My function was on the 16th which was great! The 16th came and went and I never received my product. I sent emails and no one ever responded. The day I finally received a response is when they shipped a partial of my order, but my event had already passed. I started a return and they were charging me to return the product. I explained to them that I wasn't notified that the product was out of stock and it wasn't my error so I shouldn't have to pay to return what I no longer needed. Again, my complaint fell on deaf ears. Not happy with this company at all.

Delivery was fast but thats not it, the drapes are beautiful! Very worth the price!

Everything was beautiful, high quality and actually looked better in person than the pictures online.

Easy to place on chairs. Some were torn but for the price it was worth it.Nothing but tape helped

WEDDING IN 3 DAYS!! ORDERED ITEM POOR QUALITY. I'm writing this review with deep disappointment as my wedding is in just 3 days. My experience with Efavormart has been inconsistent, highlighting both excellent and poor customer service within the same order.
The Good:
When my initial order faced delivery delays, I contacted customer service via chat and spoke with Callie. She was exceptional - friendly, understanding, and immediately worked to find a comparable solution. Callie's professionalism and problem-solving approach were exactly what I needed during a stressful time.
The Concerning:
Unfortunately, when the product arrived (Curly Chair Sash), it didn't match the advertised photos at all. It was POOR QUALITY, DOESN'T WRAP AROUND A CHAIR, and HAS FRAYED EDGES. When I contacted customer service again via chat, I spoke with Samira about this significant discrepancy. The interaction was disappointing - her tone was unprofessional and dismissive, lacking the empathy one would expect when a customer receives an incorrect product so close to their wedding. Rather than acknowledging the company's error, she suggested I purchase an additional product to resolve their mistake.

Had a problem with an order and they reached out with options to make it right…

efavormart is my FAVORITE place to purchase items for any family event I'm planning: showers, anniversary parties, retirement parties, birthdays, holidays, etc. THe price and value are EXCELLENT, service is great and shipments arrive quickly.

I checked out several websites and found the best price on efavormart. I ordered and received it within 4 days - amazing. I originally ordered 12, but found out that I needed 14 and had to order 2 more. The extras arrived just as quickly as the 12.

Excellent selection and free shipping on orders big enough. Had a few questions and they were answered rather quickly. Only issue I had was I used my EIN and was still charged sales tax. Not sure if my account was set up correctly from your internal office or if I have to set something up?

Efavormart has the best prices around , they are always my go-to when I need party supplies and the order turn around time is awesome.

“Fresh Herbs” I ended up buying letter stencils and acrylic indoor/outdoor stencil paint and painted lettering myself. Came out nice!

The vibrant blue chair covers where a real hit with our guest. we were so impressed with the quality of the material, I love the way they fit. Thanks Efavormart for the great event supplies you offer and for timely delivery, our event went over well.

I ordered the 7-Tier Acrylic Round Cupcake Stand 26" Clear - Heavy Duty Dessert Tower Holder Pastry Display. I was delivered promptly, well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. It was a breeze to put together and elevated the look of our desert table.

The tablecloth’s are great. Quick shipment, arrived but both boxes were destroyed.completely ripped open .It’s amazing that the right amount of tablecloths that I ordered got here. This is not the first time this has happened. Efavormort please improve your boxing. Thank you

The site has lots of selections. Easy to use. It let me pre-order whey the product was out of stock.
My only complaint is the chargers I ordered look way more brown in the pic. When they arrived they are more taupe/grey.
