Völlig kundenunfreundlich bei Fehler auf DEREN Seite
1. Liefert als ECO-Paket obowhl PREMIUM bestellt&bezahlt wurde, was diverse Verzollungsgebühren von DHL mit sich bringt, welche mit PREMIUM nicht anfallen.
2. Drückt sich dann um eine entsprechende Gutschrift. Eibmarkt will nur die Hälfte des Schadens übernehmen und nur in Form eines für uns zu kurzzeitig gültigen Gutscheins, da wir nicht so oft bei Eibmarkt bestellen.
3. Kaum Einsicht und Entgegenkommen obwohl der Fehler offensichtlich auf Seite Eibmarkt passiert ist. Ewiges Hin&Her bzw. grosse Umtriebe mit Kundendienst.
Om moedeloos van te worden.
Wat een bedrijf... Bestelling uitgevoerd van oa 30 aardlekschakelaren. Pas na een week ontvang ik een mail dat de bestelling niet verzonden kan worden omdat de voorraad niet toereikend is en ik daarom nog eens minstens 3 weken extra op m'n bestelling zal moeten wachten. Een deellevering zit er niet in, vanwege de extra verzendkosten (welke ik overigens graag betaal) is dit geen mogelijkheid bij dit bedrijf. Waardeloos!! Met veel pijn en moeite uit proberen te leggen dat ze de voorraad welke er wel is maar toe moeten zenden en dan de rest maar moeten annuleren. Reactie hierop is alles behalve vriendelijk, service en Deutsche Gründlichkeit is ontzettend ver te zoeken. Wat een ramp!

Gereedschap gekocht wat niet naar behoren werkt, hier kunnen ze niks aan doen uiteraard, echter de opvolging hiervan wel. Na zelf geinformeerd te hebben naar mijn reparatie kreeg ik doodleuk te horen dat het nog eens drie weken gaat duren bovenop de 8 weken die hij al weg is. Geen vervanging en of oplossing, geld terug was geen optie! Stukje meedenken met de klant is dus ver te zoeken, men blijft zich verschuilen achter de fabrikant, heel jammer! Daarbij geeft men aan Nederlands te spreken, wat fijn is als je een Nederlandse website hebt, echter dit bleek niet het geval, haal de .NL dan weg. Je wekt de indruk zaken te doen met een Nederlands bedrijf, dit is absoluut niet het geval. EIBABO.NL

The prices slightly higher, but for the rest all good. This was the first order and I can recommend eibmarkt!! (Ordered from Sweden.)

Terrible service. Parcel missing as wrong address given to the delivery company. No response from eibmarkt.
No one picks up the phone
WARNING
WARNING. I contacted the company in advice of purchasing a part needed to run an air con unit in my van. I wanted to insure they had it in stock before spending the £1300 on it. I carry dogs in the vehicle so I explained it was vital they were able to deliver it within 2 weeks. Twice the company confirmed (via email) they had it in stock.
I paid the money £1300 and almost immediately received an email telling me the unit would take over a month to deliver. The next day I received an email saying it would be a further 6 weeks. When I emailed asking for a refund they didn't reply to my emails. It took a week and a half for them to eventually refund the money....which was nearly £80 less than what I paid. They told me it was to do with bank charges and that I should contact my bank. My bank confirmed it was to due with the fact I paid in Euros and that the value of the pound had dropped during that time. Eibmarkt replied saying 'We are unable to control the value of the pound/euro, and as we are a business we are unable to absorb this cost'.
When I pointed out that I was also a business and that it is both illegal and horrendous customer service to falsely advertise that they had the product in stock and then expect me to pick up the cost, I received a radio silence. They haven't responded to any of my 6 emails, which is odd as they responded to my messages instantly prior to purchase...!
Luckily my bank will be extracting this cost from them as what they have done is illegal- refunds must be provided in full regardless of fluctuations in currency. BE WARNED.
