Quick replacement of faulty item
You only find out how good a retailer is when something goes wrong. One of the double sockets was faulty. On contacting sales by email, they dispatched a replacement the same day and it arrived the following day. Great service!

Pricing was very good and prompt…
Pricing was very good and prompt deliver. I wouldnt reduce the star rating but would like to state that although i recieved the products i ordered in a prompt timeframe, i did not recieve any tracking updates.
Very happy overall just a communication issue i guess on the courier side of things.

Wouldn't buy from these again!
It took over a week for them to finally ship my order (orders normally shipped within 24-48hrs) then another 3-5 days for the item to be delivered. I had to contact them many times to finally get the answer that it was due to their suppliers late delivery...They should communicate better with those that have already paid for their goods. Wouldn't buy from here again.

Only ever use if you can collect.
Never shipped the item after chasing for days. Eventually had to drive there and collect myself and I had to ask for the delivery to be refunded. Won’t be purchasing again.

Great service
Great service - Some minor issues with my order were sorted out very quickly by the staff over email.
Just wish the stock situation was accurate on the website in the first place, and the website was a bit faster.

What a waste of time
What a waste of time,
Ordered 1st of February, delivered after 10 days, product is nowhere close to what is advertised, on top of that, i have to pay for a return plus 15% restocking fee.
I lost my time, my electrician’s time, late delivery and on top of that, they want me to pay for return plus deduct money.
What an absolute garbage company, i have never dealt with a company like this in all my years trading.
If you don’t have something in stock, you can simply put the item is out of stock, but NO, this company decides to get your order, hold your order until all items are sourced from a third party supplier.
That’s not very fair is it?
I popped into my local screwfix, got what i wanted in minutes, tried to support a smaller size business and all
I got was hassle.
Minus out of pocket, minus my so valuable time, minus the items needed.
You deserve every curse word on the book ever created.
And please learn not to not false advertising.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your order took longer than you expected to arrive, and we appreciate that this caused frustration.
At the time your order was placed, part of the order was temporarily unavailable. As shown on our website, we clearly display delivery lead times, and where items are not immediately in stock we source them directly from our supplier as quickly as possible rather than cancel orders. In this case, we ordered the outstanding items straight away to complete your shipment. That said, we accept that the overall fulfilment time was longer than ideal and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
With regard to the product finish, we must respectfully push back on the suggestion of false advertising. The product listing clearly states that the item is a chrome / polished finish, and the specification confirms a reflective, mirror-style appearance. The product supplied matches both the manufacturer’s specification and the description published on our website.
We are therefore unsure why a matte black finish was expected, as this is not stated or implied anywhere within the product listing or specification. We take accuracy in our listings very seriously and would never knowingly misrepresent a product.
If the item is not suitable for your requirements, you are of course welcome to return it for a full refund in line with our returns policy. For clarity, the 15% restocking charge referenced on our generic returns form applies only to special order items and does not apply in this case.
In relation to installation, we always strongly advise customers not to book electricians or installers until goods have been received and checked. This recommendation is provided specifically to avoid situations such as this where unforeseen delays may occur.
Finally, while we understand that delays are frustrating, we must be clear that abusive or offensive language directed toward our team is not acceptable. Our staff are here to help and we expect communication to remain respectful at all times.
