Better quality than I expected

Very good technical support were able to answer my questions followed by quick dispatch - all at a great price.

I was attracted to the website because the cost of the product was very competitive and postage was included. The website was easy to navigate, the product was shipped in good packaging and arrived as expected. Very happy with the product and service - thank you.

Products and delivery as stated. Product descriptions on website made it easy to know which to buy for different rooms.

Poor communication (none) and slow delivery.

Placed an order late on Thursday 29th January, with a hefty £20.99 postage charge, for what is ultimately a relatively small order (medium parcel with non excessive weight). Anticipated delivery in 3-5 days with all items noted as in stock.

Chased by email on the 3rd Feb, as had no contact other than order confirmation, and website did not show any progress.

No response and chased again on the 9th, on the 7th full working day since point of order. No response again.

If there was a delay owing to stock, picking or despatch, a simple response or update wouldnt go a miss. In comparison to competitors, the service is extremely poor.

No sign of either the order or even a response at the time of writing.

The electric sockets arrived quickly and the service was efficient. I would say the invoice was clear, and it said there was 1 to follow, perhaps an email to back this up..

Our bulbs were delivered quickly and were perfect for our lights.

First time shopping with 'The Electrical Counter' but the prices were very competitive and free delivery. Overall an excellent service not the fastest dispatch and delivery but also not the worst. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Plenty of selection, reasonable prices but delivery costs are extremely high. That said, I would use this company again.
