I am very disappointed with the way electronic4you handled my warranty claim for a Mova V50 Ultra Complete (€749).
I sent the robot to electronic4you in clean and well-maintained condition for a warranty repair. According to the official service report, the repair was completed and the case was closed on July 9, 2026.
However, when I contacted electronic4you for a status update on July 14, I was told that they could only wait for the technician and that the repair was still taking longer. This information was clearly inconsistent with the official service report, which showed that the repair had already been completed five days earlier.
The robot was subsequently shipped back to me without any prior notification. When I received and opened the package, I was shocked by its condition. The robot and packaging were heavily covered in dust and dirt, and the original protective film on the device had been torn during the service process. I documented the condition with photographs.
I then sent electronic4you a formal written complaint, including photographic evidence, on August 4, 2026. I have still not received an adequate response.
The technical defect may have been repaired, but the way the entire warranty process was handled — particularly the lack of transparent communication and the condition in which my €749 device was returned — was extremely disappointing.
I have therefore escalated the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities in Austria and the European Consumer Centre.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend electronic4you if you expect reliable communication and professional after-sales service.

Electronic4you continues to actively mislead the public. In public, they posted a generic response to this review, claiming they "cannot verify the case without order details." However, when I emailed their support directly with a screenshot of this public statement, asking for an explanation, their agent "Ajsa" replied with the following shocking words:"kakor je napisano v textu. Ne vem kaj točno ni jasno?" (As written in the text. I don't know what exactly is not clear?)This is their official, cynical response to a customer who received a filthy and damaged €749 device. They have my full name, the exact invoice name, and the entire email history in their system, yet they choose to play games and insult my intelligence instead of resolving the issue. The case has now been fully escalated to the Austrian Consumer Protection Association (Arbeiterkammer) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Avoid this shop at all costs if you value professional compliance and basic human respect.

Reservierung und Abholung des Geräts hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
