Today he came and did his assigned job and checked on other things as well to be sure that everything is working well for us. He is friendly and personable. We needed an emergency plumber callout at one of our sites for a serious water issue. Jo and Charlotte were quick to respond and sent Bobby who was brilliant and able to isolate the water flow in quick time. They are a great team and absolutely saved the day and we can't thank them enough.
