Originating as a car enthusiast, I have made a business out of my hobby and take great pride in my own cars, one of which was a concourse winner. We are long established members of a number of owners clubs and, like many of you, are keen participants and visitors to a variety of motoring events throughout the year, both at home and overseas. Ordered a product from ECC which they didn't have in stock despite it being shown as such on their website. Requested a refund which was given eventually after a technical glitch with their payment system.

Thank you for your feedback, we do try and keep our stock levels as accurate as we can, however we sell on three online platforms plus walk-in customers so we do get caught out on the odd occasion, we'll aim to introduce procedures to minimise this. Thanks again.

Trusted detailing shop with MANY brands
Their choice of products is very exhaustive. They are not always the cheapest but delivery is fast and packages are prefectly protected. Never had any mistake. A trusted seller that I warmly recommend.

Ordered on Tuesday. Took delivery in Denmark by DHL on Friday. Amazingly good communication and service. Really good prices and packing was excellent. Thanks guys. You just got yourself a new returning customer.

Super service og fine priser!
Valgte elitecarcare da jeg kunne få de samme produkter som i en dansk webshop, men i en bedre kvalitet og til trods for en højere fragtpris blev det samlede beløb faktisk også lidt billigere...
Dog forventede jeg en længere leveringstid, og her må jeg sige at elitecarcare virkelig er fremme i skoene... Jeg bestilte om onsdagen og fredag havde jeg pakken i hånden... Det er virkelig en imponerende leveringstid taget i betragtning at det bliver sendt fra UK!
Så kan kun anbefales!
