I order most of my car detailing products from Elite car care.
They have a huge range of products (quality) and if I ever have questions or need advice Alex is very knowledgeable.
I have recommended them to friends, neighbours and family (who complement my car and how clean it is. They follow up with “What do you use?!”)
I share the same advice that has been passed to me and direct them to elite car care. The drying sprays have been especially popular with my street with many orders being placed.
In the future I am looking forward to (and trusting them) to professionally detail my car. I haven’t been to their new site but the amount of detail and effort they go to on other people’s cars, encourages me to get mine done.

I've dealt with Alex on several occasions now for my car care needs, always great advice given and helps me with my silly questions! My car has never looked better thanks to his advice. I won't purchase from anywhere else.

I’m a driving instructor and for the first time I have black alloys that I want to attempt to keep decent for as long as I possibly can. So upon asking my instructor groups.. Alex was recommended to supply and fit AlloyGators.
Alex was very helpful with details and choices etc but what was extremely helpful was the fact we couldn’t get our diaries to sync up, so he went above and beyond and made my appointment for a Sunday!
This is when he is usually closed, so I massively appreciate the favour he done for me as it meant I didn’t have to cancel any work!
Alex gave me a call when he was finished and I collected the car.
And they look amazing!!! I’m really happy. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Alex.

Elite Car Care was listed as a 5 star fitter on the Alloygator official website. Contacted the company, Alex promptly responded, gave a choice of colours for the rim protector and we agreed on a fitting date.
Alex was punctual on the morning and always in contact if needed. I chose to wait at the garden centre close by, I felt welcome to wait with my car but the garden centre was close. Upon returning I was very happy with the work carried out and the care and attention dedicated to looking after my new car. The Alloygator rim protectors were fitted excellently with no gaps. Seamless and super professional. 5 STARS. Highly recommended.

Wrong postage charged - had to pay extra on collection from Royal Mail depot
Poor communication
Promised refund - never arrived
Will not be purchasing again

I ordered some products from their website three days ago with next day delivery, but the items have still not been dispatched. The seller has not responded to messages and doesn’t answer phone calls.

What’s frustrating is that, despite this, the seller sent me an offer on an item I was watching on eBay — so it seems there’s time to promote new sales, but not to fulfil existing paid orders.

Based on my experience, I would avoid Elite Car Care unless your order is not time-sensitive and you don’t mind delays or poor communication.

Ordered Monday late morning for a job I was carrying out on Tuesday. Was a late request by my customer so needed the items ASAP. All items arrived Tuesday mid morning.
Use ECC over the years and always consistent delivery which is what matters to me.

Ordered an item from this company, which they only had two left in stock, decided to order both as couldn't get this product anywhere else at the time, which I now figure they knew.

Sent me a different cheaper product, changed my order to look as if that is what I had ordered because obviously they didn't have it in stock. After paying 48 hour tracked delivery I have waited well over a week for the item

After speaking with them today, they couldn't care less, said I made the mistake which I know I didn't because I checked, it, my partner checked because we didn't want the wrong item, and have said that Royal Mail are the reason for delay in delivery even though I have an email from Royal Mail saying they didn't receive the parcel until yesterday. So far I've heard every excuse, can't be bothered to deal with them anymore. Luckily we can use the cheaper product.

Certainly wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.

This is the email I have just received back from Elite car care because I gave him a bad review, says it all really.

You made the mistake and ordered the WRONG product, paid the correct money for the wrong product and because you won’t acknowledge you made a mistake you leave a FALSE ACCUSATION in my review!

And show me the email from Royal Mail to prove I sent it yesterday??

If I had made a mistake I would fully acknowledge it, sadly this business owner doesn't do the same.

I will be blocking any further contact, starting to feel quite threatened by his behaviour

Reading other reviews I would say this man makes a habit of lying, as for an offer of a refund and return, at what point was that offer made, you were on speaker phone and no one heard that offer, I could copy and paste all the emails you have sent today, blaming your delay in posting down to Royal Mail, when I have already forwarded you the email from Royal Mail stating they only received the parcel from yourself yesterday.

I have also told you that we are able to make use of the product you sent so not to worry so why are you continuing to lie and barrage me with emails and messages.

I will not be using your company again and if you continue will be reporting this as harassment.

Now leave the issue as far as I am concerned it has been dealt with. You are only shaming yourself by continuing your onslaught.

Have used Elite Car Care for a huge range of products which are generally, in stock so will continue to do so.
Had a recent issue however Alex has resolved so no complaints.

Ordered in the morning and paid for DHL next day delivery because really needed the item the following day and this seller was the only one who offered this service on that item, which is why I was prepared to firstly pay more for the item than from other sellers and secondly, pay the extra for next day DHL delivery. Needless to say, my item didn't arrive next day. Having read previous reviews, a former customer complained that they didn't receive next day delivery with Royal Mail and the response from Alex to that customer was that he should have chosen DHL delivery for guaranteed next delivery, which is why I chose this option.
When requesting a refund, I was forwarded a link to the terms and conditions which he chose to hide behind and needless to say, didn't offer a full or partial refund of the delivery cost.
I did make the point that I had paid a premium for a particular service which I never received and requesting a refund of the delivery charge was not an unreasonable request. This time, no reply. Nice way to treat a first time (and now last time) customer!
My advice is be warned. The terms and conditions mean that even if you do decide to pay the extortionate premium for next day delivery, they can send it when they like and are covered by their terms and conditions!

Alex fitted AlloyGators to my car.

He approached the task very professionally. He accommodated my request to view the install – I was concerned about my EV’s battery being damaged by the lift – with no drama and did an excellent job.

He also remounted the number plates. When the front plate proved troublesome due to an awkward convex contour to the bodywork where the plate is mounted Alex cheerfully fixed the issue there and then.

I can thoroughly recommend him.

I visited the store to buy some new equipment, new Kranzle machine and equipment costing £1450.00 asked if I can buy the items now as I need them by friday, was told yes but I would have to email them a list as they are too busy now to do this. I have now returned to the store twice, yesterday and today, the shop is always closed. I will now source my new equipment from a more worthy company. I would never shop or recommend this company to anybody. This industry is very small and niche, so my 1.3 million social media followers will be keen to hear my review.

I phoned up as I wasn't sure which products to purchase, Alex was very helpful and knew his stuff.

Delivery was prompt and packaged very well.

Everyone is very fast to complain and leave negative reviews, however, my experience was very positive so give them a try for yourself and don't be put off by the few serial complainers.

Often people are quick to complain and slow to commend, so I thought I should give a review of my latest interaction.

I placed an order for a myriad of items, one of which was out of stock. So picked up the phone to Elite Car Care to see if they could do anything as there was one item I required in particular to complete a job.

Extremely nice, helpful and professional person on the other end of the phone that got my order out the door and the out of stock item will be posted on at no extra charge when back in stock. Exemplary approach to customer service and I won't hesitate to use Elite Car Care again in the future.

They are fine if you simply order something and have no issues or questions with the order however if you need to contact them for any reason whatsoever then good luck.

First time I ordered, my box ended up in the Isle of man due to some packing issue. It took multiple emails & phone calls (Most unanswered and required me to follow up multiple times) to get them to resolve it and resend the package out.

Now a few months down the line I have a manufacturing defect with one of the items and yet again all my emails & phone calls go unanswered. The one time I got someone to answer the phone they said they'd contact the supplier and follow up with me. This was almost a month ago. At this point its just not even worth my time attempting to get in contact.

Really happy with the fast delivery and quality of products.

Alex was helpful with questions I had too and very prompt.
