Just close this company its sh*t, they have zero customer service, my order was going from montrealbto toronto and from Toronto to Montreal 3 times, also the order was out for delivery and back to warehouse and out for delivery and to warehouse again wtf , still waiting for this order not delivered yet.

If I could leave a 0 I would. They were supposed to deliver to my apartment. I provided contact details for them to be able to get into the building. They left my parcel in the insecure lobby area, where almost anyone can have access to. My package got stolen. I tried to work with their CS rep to mitigate the situation and get refund or get them to do something to make sure I get a refund from the seller thay hired them and the rep was rude and unhelpful. After spending the whole day on a chat with them trying to explain that they left the parcel in the wrong place and did not deliver to the address I specified, nothing got resolved. This is a horrible company - stay away if you can. I was an involuntary customer since the seller I ordered from uses them, so here we are. But if you ever need to use the deliver service as a business or consumer - stay away from this company.

Awful company
Awful company.
The driver left the package downstair, face to an unlocked door. He didn't bring the package to my door. Then, I received a message from the driver stating the package couldn't be delivered because of a problem of address or door entry. There was absolutely no problem of that sort. The driver is simply lazy and he didn't want to bring the package to my door. If he doesn't like his job, he should quit.
I am disabled. I had to call someone to pick the package downstair and bring it to me ASAP before it get stollen.
This is unacceptable.
Very very bad company.
