I wish I'd got one years ago.
The tag makes it so much easier using the motorways in France. Just drive through the tolls.
I spent many years stopping at toll booths, trying to get money or a card out to pay before getting a tag.
One of my better decisions. It also works on my motorbike which is a real boon.
As I also use the Spanish motorways I got a tag for them as well.
Well worth it.

Newly received Emovis tag
I have just received my Emovis tag. The delivery time was faster than expected. The activation process was easy to follow. It is useful to have the tag if you need it in certain car parks but also the foil bag to deactivate it if not required. I also ordered a UK car sticker and headlight deflectors so I was pleased to have all my 'driving in France' purchases from one place. I haven't commenced my trip yet but as a solo traveller it is good to have peace of mind knowing that I can easily navigate through the toll gates on the motorway and the bonus of using the tag for parking.

Faulty Tag
My tag became faulty on the first day of my 5 week holiday in France. I have had it for several years. I checked online and the tag was being reported as battery OK. However after several aborted attempts to access the tos I contacted Tag but was told there were issues because of the high temperatures affecting the signal between the tag and the tolls. I was advised to contact the toll booths via the call buttons installed at each booth. This was obviously not an option each time I visite the tolls and again contacted Tag. Despite haveing the tag in the same position in my car for several years and successfully using it I was asked if it was positioned correctly. I gave up with the tag for the remainder of my holiday and returned it for test when I returned home. Almost by return I was told the Tag WAS faulty and a new one issued. To be fair this was done quickly. However dissapointed that I had not the use of the Tag when I needed it.

We’re pleased that, once the tag was returned and tested, we were able to confirm the fault and arrange a replacement quickly. However, we appreciate that this did not make up for the inconvenience you experienced for the remainder of your holiday.

Our first time buying a tag for France and the website was so simple to navigate through. Live chat was extremely helpful and very prompt, haven’t received the tag yet so can’t comment on the usage but seems pretty straight forward.

Found I had to make two separate purchases as I couldn’t find a way to complete my purchases in one transaction. Not the easiest site to navigate through.

Ordered a replacement Tag
Ordered a replacement Tag, the movie server said the connection was lost and my order could not be processed. Logged in again and re-entered my details again; the order was accepted. I then received 2 separate email confirmations and separate dispatch emails. Logged back into Emovis and have 2 separate sets of invoices (Device x 2, service x 2). Contacted Emovis to be told by a chat that I have to pay the fees and return it to for a refund on the device, no mention of the delivery charges or subscription fee. Poor service

We apologise for the issues you had when placing your tag order, it appears there may have been an internet connective issue when you placed your order this is why your order was duplicated and you received two separate emails confirming the order and dispatch. Unfortunatly the AI chat function does not have any access to your account and order history so it can only give you generic information. On contacting our customer service team, we are more than happy to refund any duplicate orders if you reach out to them.

The tag was sent without a clip, but when asked this was sent in time for our trip. It all works perfectly!
