Great help on the phone
Great help on the phone. Just couldn’t get in to my acc and had re set the password 3 times!!!! The lady gave me another option and bingo, it went through and my new tag is on its way. Thanks

Great product
Great product, simplifies journeys particularly at busy times. Also spreads the payment to after the holiday.
Admin is very efficient and clear. I trust the accounts that come through and the reminders to check battery condition.
Only returning my tag because do not intend travelling abroad again. But delighted with ten years of excellent service.

We have used these tags for the past…
We have used these tags for the past 15years and would definitely recommend them. They save queuing and inconvenience for the passenger who has to climb out of the window to reach the toll machine. And also saves at least 1 hour on travel times. It is only on the death of my husband that I will no longer be driving in Europe.

Every solo driver of a RHD vehicle should have one. Makes tolls so easy and much quicker than pay toll booths. Been using for 10 years or so and wouldn’t be without.

Would recommend any one driving…
Would recommend any one driving righthand car in France. As you approach a "tag" toll booth, the unit beeps and the barrier opens. No more having to run around the vehicle to pay, as my wife is unable to reach the toll machine.

Great service, be aware of the fees
I have had my account with Emovis for 8 years. I use it most years, often when on motorcycle trips. There is no doubt that it is far easier to go through toll roads with a tag than having to remove gloves, take a ticket, put gloves on again and then do the same at the other end fumbling for a credit card as well.
And the service from Emovis has always been reliable. Tags arrive quickly. When my tag’s battery ran out, it was not a problem to replace it. It is easy to see my activity on the website. It is simple, clear and transparent.
It is more expensive than going through the toll booths without a tag. Whilst I understand that Emovis needs to make money, I was upset that I had to pay three lots of postage when ordering three tags at the same time all to be delivered to the same place (for friends on a motorcycle trip). Paying a small premium for a big convenience is fine. This felt unnecessary. And that is disappointing.
Otherwise, a good service. Thank you.

A Must Have !
I frequently drive my hybrid RHD Kia to France and back. The Emovis tag has been a Godsend as I am a disabled driver with a disabled passenger. No need to get out of the car, and struggle with manual payments. I like the fact that there is a detailed invoice of the tolls and costs on my account.

Easy to order, activate and Install Spain/Portugal Tag
Easy to order and add a Spain/Portugal tag to our existing French Tag, ready for our upcoming drive across France and Spain to Portugal and back in September. Also easy to activate tag on arrival via our existing EMOVIS Account. Sensible and great to see that the mounting bracket is the same for both Tags so easy to interchange when crossing borders.
