Arrived very quickly without dramas..Absolutely lovely boots ..now to wear them in..best dressy boots for winter.

Love these slippers. So comfortable. Padding is fantastic. They arrived quickly too.

Deceptive sales practices:
I bought slippers online. Too small, so I emailed asking if I could return them for a larger size, and in any color. They responded:

"We are happy to say that the Platinum Esperence slippers-size 11 are still available in Charcoal and Chestnut. We are more than happy to exchange your recently purchased item; however, we will need you to send the item..."

Since I bought a sale item they sold me a $10 shipping label. After they received the item, they sent me an email saying they can't exchange for other colors. They didn't send back the original slippers, so I assume they restocked them so they can make more money, while also cashing in on added shipping fee margins.

Update following response: While Emu said I could change colors and sizes, their email response said otherwise, directly contradicting all other emails. Very confusing and frustrating experience

I love Emu products, they are always high quality, great fit, look fashionable and are super comfy! The shipping is quick and they have great sales for quality items. Highly recommend Emu products.

Very happy with my Emu boots. They arrived really quickly, the sizing guidance was spot on, and they are both good sturdy and SUPER comfy and warm with lovely quality sheepskin. Can’t wait to wear them post surf / cold ocean dips this winter.

So far I have purchased for my mom 2 pairs of the platinum mintaro, my daughter one pair of mintaro, I just ordered 2 more pairs of mintaro black ones one pair for my sister and one pair for me and my sister ordered herself a while ago the stinger micro and for my husband I bought a pair of platinum hume. Yep we love the Emu footwear!!!!!
