If I could give -10 stars, I would happily do so

I received a pair of slippers, which were completely subpar quality, then reached out for return instructions and clarification and received the absolute worst customer service one could possibly receive

However, when trying to leave a review about their crummy product, I received an immediate response, moderating my review and not allow allowing me to place it on their site

Avoid this company at all, costs they lack quality and care

Very Quick delivery, no problem with online order. Boots are perfect. I Will wear them probably next season but quality is top. I Hope next season there Will be new waterproof models like Charlotte that I wear since many years and I still love them.

Live everything about my boots material is superb🤗I put my hands inside those boots and I was applaud! The fur is off the chain fluff real thing. Not only, the canvas is super solid (Authentic!) Can’t wait for next winter to through them on😁 A bit thicker than the American Ugg boots, truly made for the deep freeze👌🏾 I’m please money well spent🥰

I had a really good experience with EMU Australia, especially their customer service. Evri delivered my slippers to the wrong place, which was frustrating, but EMU sorted it out straight away. EMU customer service replied quickly and sent me a replacement without any hassle!! The whole thing was handled much faster than I expected, really appreciate how easy they made it!

This is my first experience shopping with EMU Australia. I was doing research for boots suitable for wear in cold and icy climates on an overseas holiday and the EMU site was suggested. I was impressed with the website and the variety of boots offered, along with a detailed description of each boot.
My boots arrived quickly and look and feel terrific. Following their arrival, I had a very simple question about the ongoing care of my new EMU boots and it was answered promptly and fully within a few hours.
I am delighted to be supporting an Australian brand!

Delivery from the West to East Coast was quicker than expected. I was quite impressed by the packaging and OMG I love the boots. As soon as I get home, work shoes off and booties on. Wonderful feeling and fun looking. I highly recommend.

Way better than the other popular sheepskin brand slippers. Much better support and feel. Especially after you cut off the metal tags, I wish they didn't have those on these.

Once I found what I was looking for, things went smoothly. Quality excellent, deliver quick, attractive and very responsibly priced.

Mes chausson ont 10 ans et uniquement utilisés en intérieur. Je constate que la semelle se craquelle , je pense s'assèche au vieillissement. Mauvais choix de matière. Mauvais point pour EMU

Having read all the reviews I ordered two pairs of mini boots, Denman and Stinger slim in a UK size 7 as the advice was to go up a size. However both pairs too big for me and my heel was slipping. I decided that the Denman mini suited me best and so I returned the two for refund and reordered a size smaller so I could be sure to get it at the great sale price. Refund processed quickly upon receipt. New pair arrived promptly and are a perfect fit so very happy.
