This has been a highly unpleasant experience. It is impossible to determine where you stand in the process, as there is a complete lack of transparency regarding the necessary next steps. Crucial tasks are left uncommunicated until the very last minute, creating unnecessary urgency. Furthermore, the website interface is incredibly confusing; the system indicates that there are outstanding items on your "To Do" list, yet the link is completely unresponsive. Even when navigating through the "Progress" section, the dashboard claims action is required but displays absolutely no details. In short, customers are kept entirely in the dark throughout the mortgage switch. The total absence of communication, updates, and clarity makes this the worst mortgage switching experience I have ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this service completely.

Smooth, stress-free and easy to track
The whole process was so easy and I never had to worry about anything. Enact gave me an app to track the progress of my case, so I always knew where things stood. Whenever I needed help, I could use the "Request a callback" button, which was really convenient. No phoning in and waiting on hold. Highly recommend Enact for a smooth, stress-free experience.

I want to say a big thank you to Courtney Rigby at Enact for guiding me through my property purchase. This was a probate sale with a more complicated title than I expected, and I was nervous about it going in.
Courtney took the time to explain things clearly, including the restrictive covenants and the finer points of the transfer documents. Having someone who understood the details and kept me informed made the whole process far less stressful.
