Terrible job, basic cleaning at best for what was supposed to be a deep clean - I could have done better myself. And when I complained, the response was too late we have your money kind of attitude. Terrible service and complete cowboys.

Pls look in to this company trust pilot reviews- we regret not looking in to this , we relied only on google reviews which anyone can review without a control/ scrutiny. Totally exploited us of Money. Very well used our difficult situation , our helplessness. They subcontract to two layers , infact total three subcontractors involve in my flat cleaning. Abysmal service. Inefficient , do not even know what is deep clean. If you check the trust pilot review - exactly same happened to us. Need to inform authorities of this shoddy practice .

Don’t view Google reviews- they can manipulate with their own reviews to make it looks like 5 stars which we fell in to this trap.

Booked “after builders clean”. Want to be paid before doing the job. Lots of areas missed and I had to ask cleaner to clean parts. I was told there would be a team of 4 and only 1 cleaner on the day. Not worth the money now having to clean again myself.

Do NOT use these cleaners. They came to clean rugs and my oven.
You have to pay up front… for a reason. They couldn’t get the glass off the oven. They didn’t clean the carpets properly. The excuse…. It’s just what the machine does

I booked a professional deep oven clean thinking it would make my life easier, that was a mistake… firstly the cleaner came in with muddy boots and filthy suitcase that was rolled all over my floor. I was on a work call when the cleaner was leaving my flat. I then inspected the oven clean and I was REALLY NOT IMPRESSED!! huge areas of dirt/grease had been left. Also there was no care to clean up after as there were splashes of dirt all over my kitchen & on my floor. That was £55 down the drain. When a complaint was made they said the clean does not have a guarantee period so they won’t send someone back or offer even a partial refund and they offered 30% off the next service - they have got to be dreaming if they think I will ever let them back into my home!?!?

Booked a deep oven clean and the cleaner left with half the job complete. My partner was working from home and the cleaner left while she was on a call.
Not leaving a chance for a check over beforehand.
When complaining we were only offered 30% off next booking…why would we book again?

Really poor service. Turned up slightly late, then took another half hour to bring their cleaning products in.

They spent nearly three hours at my flat, they didn’t touch the bathroom floor at all, they didn’t touch the 2nd bedroom floor, they didn’t clean the kitchen floor, I paid for a mattress steam clean and they cleaned one side.

They didn’t polish the wooden bed.

They asked for £20 extra because my oven was “so dirty”: luckily I did not have that on me and they said it was OK.

Their email also requested that they are paid in cash: I wonder why…

Scam. Unprofessional cleaners. I could have definitely done a better job myself and spent a further 1.5 hours cleaning.

I’m embarrassed to be handing my property over not professionally cleaned.

Poor services.
Cleaners turned up and won't start cleaning unless paid upfront in cash. Left in less than 2 hours and claimed to have done a end of tenancy clean and steam clean carpet. We were told the cleaners will not leave until we are statisfied but when we back back to the flat. They were already gone and would not answer our call and carpet looks exactly the same and dry as a bone.
