I like my gym in Dun Laoghaire
I like my gym in Dun Laoghaire. It's a good gym only thing, need some more bars for the cable cross machine and during winter it's super cold. The personal is really good!

Staff are very friendly and helpful
Staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the classes especially Pump with Shauna and Cardio Kick Box with Dammy. Instructors put a lot of effort into their classes. Thank you to Michael for putting on Pump class on Friday evening.

I enjoy Energie Fitness. Well laid out gym with good selection of weights/machines.
It would be better if the weekend opening hours were slightly longer.

The instructors are great but the space is very cold due to the poor insulation, the roof is leaking and it has not been cleaned for ages

The women’s bathrooms are regularly in a bad way, and have no soap or tissue a lot of the time too (really unhygienic too).

Good gym with nice instructors
Good gym with nice instructors.
The one I go is relatively small though, depending on the time you go you'll have to wait - not a huge issue though.

I've been in a good few gyms over the years and I feel this is the best gym I've been too. The staff are very professional, friendly and have comprehensive knowledge in the area of fitness. They have all the equipment you need and is well maintained. Highly recommended. Thanks.
