Not bad at all
This gym is good - some of the instructors are really positive and knowledgable, and motivating.
The gym has an amazing array of equipment. The range of classes are good- love how often they offer spinning and SLF.
The real downside is how cold the gym is. Really really freezing.

Great gym
Great local gym. After initial feedback, loads improved! Handled the pandemic really well and have always dealt with customers really well. No longer a member as I loved out of the area but would recommend!

The trainers in Energy Fitness, Dun Laoghaire are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated and always eager to help, they make every workout fun and challenging. I love being part of this club and always feel much stronger after each workout.

The gym is great but
The gym is great, the only issue is that it can be really cold inside in winter and it makes the experience a bit painful.

Energie Fitness Review
Energie is a gym with a wide variety of equipment and a good range of classes. Instructors are welcoming and helpful. For the level I'm at I feel like the equipment its ideal. I do wish there was more space for floor exercises and stretches - when there's a class on and the gym is busy there's no space for this. In regards to weights I would like if there was a lo weight level area away from the heavier weights - its a bit intimidating to go into that area. An easier fill water bottle station would also be great.

This is by far & away the best gym I…
This is by far & away the best gym I have ever been a member of. Each & everyone of the instructors are knowledgeable, generous with their time & just really nice. You never feel stupid asking questions. They push you but also accept you are an adult so no when to pull back. Total Pros!
